I have just bought 4 Red Light District DVD's - i am having problems with "Lingerie" + "Cum in my ass, not in my mouth" - certain scenes the picture quality is not very good - grainy / break up effect
has anybody else had these problems with this studio + these discs?
I have a problem with *Straight To The A #1* which I bought as it was released. Now about 1 year later the extras and the last scene with Beladonna are not playable anymore. The player hangs up. Tested it with 3 players and PC, always the same problem! Very curious, the disc surface looks perfect, no scratches or dirt!

Occasionally Ill se a very quick break in a RLD movie, but not many in the who thing, maybe one per DVD, if that. The picture quality (pixilation) is related to the DVD authoring which is hit upon here as for grainy, I have yet to see a RLD DVD with "grainy-nes" to it, they have one of the most consistent picture sharpness and lighting.

Yeah, yesterday I bought Cum In My Ass, Not In My Mouth too. I really hope to enjoy the dvd but the quality really dissapointed me. I even wanted to write a review, as soon as I finished the 1st scene I stoped and put the DVD in its case. I am really dissapointed. I also tried the Cum In My Ass, Not In My Mouth on my computer. The DVD forced me to install special DVD software that is called PC Friendly. I thought cool at first, but then, the software is so slllllllloooooooowwwwwww and horrible. I used to think that the software (WinFast DVD)that came with my video card was horrible but now the PC Friendly is even more horrible.

Hmmm Alex, not sure if you have the same movie I have, but my copy plays fine in my computer. But I do have my CD-ROM's auto-insert off. as an FYI, I use WinDVD to play my DVDS; great interface!

My version of Cum In My Ass, Not In My Mouth only lets me play the dvd only on the supplied software (PC FRiendly DVD) that came with the DVD. I tried everything that I knew and nothing worked. Win DVD is a great program, my buddy has it, he had that coming with his Radeon video card.

Just fixed it. Removed the PC Friendly and installed the WinDVD trial, it worked. Quality improved but not to the perfect. Why would they put something as crappy as PC Friendly with Cum In My Ass, Not In My Mouth?
I just play mine on a nice DVD player and can't say I have ever had more than an occasional glitch with an RLD title. Some jitter here and there (common to most porn DVDs, actually), but they mostly seem just fine, quality-wise. Is it just a bad picture? Maybe it's the hardware you're using?
I will say that the Evil Angel DVDs from DVDemon are probably the best I have seen in porn.

And Skronker, I found that store, they have a ton of title.
I think including PC Friendly is great for people who may not have WinDVD or PowerDVD installed on their computer. I also recently saw a disc with an "Internet Version" of WinDVD -- same idea.
just to let you know that i emailed redlightdistrict with my query - and i have had no response from them - so i will not be buying anymore of their dvd's
Sorry to hear of your difficulties with those RLD titles but I can relate as I had a similar experience with Straight To The A and Cum Drippers 2 when they were first released. They just refused to play on my DVD player or DVD-ROM and I ended up having to take them back to the store where I bought them for a refund. From what I understand, there were a few titles from RLD that were defective when they first came on the scene but I think they were able to take care of those problems and I haven't encountered any more trouble with their products since.
