Run it and then defrag, that could give you a bit of a boost if 1) you are short on space or 2) you run an older windows version that doesn't automatically defrag. In addition to that, as long as you have an updated antivirus/spyware scanner you have no reason to go looking for the kind of software that make outrageous promises. [Link] |
