Second choice is DVDExtreme used them with no problems before I discovered ADN. Very fast turn around. Lower postage may make them more cost effective for individual titles. [Link] |

I filled out the return form as instructed and sent the DVD back at my expense, with delivery confirmation. 3. Weeks go buy, with no response from AdultDVDEmpire. 4. I inquire via email about the order. 5. AdultDVDEmpire's response was "The title is no longer available, sorry". 6. I, again via email, ask about the charge on my credit card for the DVD they didn't ship. 7. AdultDVDEmpire's response was "You must Fax us a copy of the return shipping receipt before we can issue you a credit". 8. When I asked why they needed a Fax of the shipping receipt when they already had the returned DVD in their possession the response was "The returns department is in another location and we have no way of tracking returns". The upshot of this long winded rant is that, AdultDVDEmpire was and is perfectly willing to charge for an item they didn't and couldn't ship. If you have a problem with them, it is totally on you to 'prove' a mistake was made. Just my experience with them. [Link] |
