Adult DVD Talk at your service. 6409 Posts 11/99	Posted - Mar 16 2004 : 3:34PM We are considering removing Leisure Time and Nymph titles from our database for a few reasons: 1. They have titles that pretend to be bestiality (we have already removed these titles but it will be an ongoing process for us.) 2. Their data is a pain to maintain as they reuse the same titles. 3. Both companies bank on deceiving consumers. Does anyone care if the titles from these two companies are in our price search database? We would not remove existing reviews of their product and would continue to accept reviews of their product. I know there are other companies with similar practices. While many hate Sunshine, they are nowhere near as bad as Leisure Time/Nymph. Sunshine at least packages good series in their comps like Semore and others. Anyway, I tried Kick Ass Productions comp discs and they contained the exact same content as Sunshine, but the video was darker/granier than the same scenes on Sunshine comp discs (though not as bad as Leisuretime/Nymph). I would also suggest ignoring all the Vivid compilations. At an ECVS a couple of years ago, a couple of Leisure Time reps stopped by the booth and were looking at our DBM DVDs, specifically the Nickert-made DVD cases. They wanted to know what the cases cost. When we told them that the cases cost $2 - $3 each they snorted and hooted and laughed and said they'd have to be able to put 10 of their DVDs in a case like that to get their money back. I would guess that no one comes here to specifically purchase a leisure time DVD. They come to buy porn whoever the studio is. They only buy LT titles because they are cheap. Well, there are other cheap DVDs that are of much higher quality. Look at all these good titles under $10 - stuff from VCA, Red Light, Evil Angel, Adam & Eve, Wicked, Elegant Angel, etc. [Link]
