| BSD Senior Member San Diego, CA 2508 Posts 11/03 | Posted - Aug 29 2007 : 7:30PM I am a long time fan of Evasive Angles and West Coast Productions, and own more of their stuff than I do any other porn houses, but even I'm not clueless enough to think either of them could do a better job with a project like this than Evil Angel or Elegant Angel. It's like the minor leagues vs the major leagues as far as total production goes. I like that Evasive breaks most of the girls that I like, before they hit the big time, and they generally concentrate on the fetishes that I like, (big butt, interracial), but there is a formulaic sameness to their flicks that gets weary over time. West Coast, for the most part, seems five years behind every one else as far as total production goes. Their presentation and showcasing of the girls, their shooting techniques, their set selections and preparations, their equipment, the entire professional detail of their work is amateurish when compared to some other porn houses. Even in 2007, some of their most recent work looks like downright trash. Some of the productions are awful. And most of WCP's performers and directors, use their time and experience there as a training ground before they go on to bigger things at companies with better resources. Nah, I don't believe either Evasive or WCP could have done as nice a job with this project as Elegant did. And like I said, I'm a fan of Evasive and WCP. But I am also a realist. It's funny, I'm NOT really a fan of Elegant Angel, (I don't like all the squirting, enemas, toys, or a lot of girl-on-girl in my porn, which seems to be about 75% of their offerings), but I think they did a great job with this Brianna Love project, and if the trailer is any indication, I think the production really shows what the big budget houses can do that the second tier shops can't.
