I follow Riley on twitter, but don't use it often enough to answer this question: since her abortive/joke retirement in July, has Riley filmed any scenes? I don't recall her talking about any filming at all, which is at odds with her regular tweeting history.

^&^^ The real question isn't whether she is or isn't shooting more scenes for DP but whether she is still being paid by them regardless of that. If she is then why would she bother doing anything else when the money comes in and she isn't expected to do much for it? Regardless that you are a fan or not of DP movies. We can all agree that they have never been known for quantity when it comes to release of new stuff and total output by their contract stars.
Isn't the fact that their contract stars get a decent salary for very little work one of the biggest appeal for any girl to sign with them? Now I'm with you guys in wishing that Riley and any other DP star finally leave the company and starts shooting for other studios but that so rarely happens that I don't bother holding my breath.

Contract Star is that you get monthly/weekly payment regardless if you shoot or not and extra money if you shoot.Make no sense for a girl to be with a contract but without pay if you exclusive for one company.Second question is if she is willing to shoot for other companies if she had no contract with DP anymore.

We have movies scheduled for virtually every week of the year and have been releasing movies on that schedule since April 2012*; each starring at least one DP girl.

Anybody else notice Riley's a no-show at this years AVN? Her regular twitter account disappeared, and then in the late afternoon on AVN's media day she tweeted this info from her secondary account:

I'll refer back to my comment from October - has Riley filmed anything since her joke/abortive retirement? Because DP managed to get BiBi to return, at least for AVN, but Riley certainly isn't around right now. Am I missing something?

For some reason I don't see her getting into gonzo and doing scenes for multiple sites. At best maybe tamed scenes at brazzers, but even that I doubt. Then again, Nikki Benz did it, back when she was the best looking pornstar, and she hit hte ground running with gonzo. Was some of the best news ever, and now it's the other way around, they start with gonzo then you here they sign a contract with some candy arse company like DP or Wicked.

Riley has been working for DP since 2008. She seems stuck shooting the same mediocre scene over and over again. To me, retirement and more of the that aren't much different. So, if there is a one in a thousand chance she might work for someone else, then I say adios.

Probably do whatever she was doing before porn. It's not like all these girls enjoy going into gonzo where they get banged out like McDonalds puts out cheeseburgers. Riley was a recruited DP girl like Jessie Jane. A major part of the attraction for her doing porn was likely avoiding the normal wear and tear of being a porn girl. If she can't be a contract girl, she's not going to dive into the gonzo porn pool. Is someone as attractive as Riley really going to have problems with day to day living? I doubt it.
