You can't do gonzo and be under contract at the same time. That is purely my opinion, but a true gonzo performer works with a variety of directors in scenes with little to no script. The scenes need to be 20-40 minutes. Oh, and there has to be some kind of variety. She's a contract feature star. Hot as hell, but she will never be a true gonzo performer. I'm glad she's making money and people must like her work. It's just not gonzo. Oh well. There are plenty of drop dead "I can't believe a girl this hot just did that" stars for everyone.
Congrats on the AVN award for fan favourite,4 years in a row. Looking forward to a trailer for Barbarella soon and hopefully Riley Goes Gonzo 2 this year with you doing some more scenes that you have never done

I saw Barbarella and.......I'm sorry. I WANT to like it, I really do, but I just don't. I thought Riley was gonna be in good hands with Axel Braun. But his movies with her are just not fucking sexy. All that talk she made about Digital Playground "holding her back" from letting out her sexuality, I see no difference. Especially that Gonzo shit where she fucked Erik "the Ass Clown" Everhard for like the 500th fucking time. It was EXACTLY the same as all the others. She is beautiful talent that is constantly being wasted, and somehow I find her scenes on cable, "Life on Top" and "Girl's guide to Depravity" WAY sexier than this Axel Braun shit. Riley was sexy as usual in Barbarella, but it didn't live up to my expectations. There weren't nearly enough sex scenes with Riley, and this might sound strange for a porn movie -- but there also wasn't enough nudity. Riley stayed mostly clothed throughout, even in her sex and bj scenes (but she got almost naked in the last girl-girl scene).

I'm starting to think that maybe...this is it for Riley, like it is all come to a wasted end. She is contracted to work with Braun and Vivid for what...a couple more years? Couple more years of more shitty movies she's in that are as bad as Digitial Playground, or maybe worse? All that talk of her being "Held back" from going wild in her DP days, that is all bullshit. If she really wants to go through she should join Jesse at Jules Jordan.

It's pretty obvious Riley is a tame sexual performer by porn standards. I didn't think her movies would change. Axel Braun isn't exactly known for hardcore gonzo flicks. It's what she likes to do. Not every porn star is into hardcore gonzo performing.
Riley's scene was hot, but mostly cos she's so fucking hot lol. By Riley standards it was just ok I guess. Rest of the movie sucked imo. This Alex guy is NOT my favourite director.....
There was so much potential after Riley left Digital Playground. She could have made the rounds with Jules Jordan, Evil Angel, etc. Her working with Wicked is like having a Ferrari and never taking it above 50 mph.
She is so boring compared to the (much) younger generation of porn girls who are really into sex and gonzo. They will be the future porn stars and award winners, not those who do lame scenes and pretend to be one. AJ Applegate mentioned in the movie above is a so much better performer than Riley in almost every aspect. DP and Wicked are one of the worst boring studios. ^ For as much as as people like to bemoan Jesse's scenes with Jules Jordan, or Stoya's scenes with TrenchoatX, Riley's contract with Axel Braun (and its apparent continuation) is still, to me, the most disappointing move of all the ex DP girls.
A few minutes ago I watched the latest scene of Riley Steele for Squirt Class 2 and I would really love to see Riley in hardcore show. Riley Goes Gonzo was very good but still there is a little scope to make it great.

Doubt it. She obviously had many offers over the years and no takes. She has a killer body and loves showing off her ass on twitter but that has been the same since she started. But I think if the right offer was made when she is out of contract with Axel with a site like Tushy.com for a showcase it might suit her. Seems to stay pretty vanilla and classy so would not expect anything from harder studios. But I am always in hope. A joint showcase between Blacked.com and Tushy.com with 1st IR, Anal and DP would be mind blowing
