I love to rim a guy and get rimmed in return, but I always make sure we are both throughly cleaned out before we partake in it! :-) As a nurse, I can say the health risk is low as long as you are both clean... but there is the risk of nasty things like Hepatitis if you aren't careful.

It's never made me ill, and quite frankly even if there was a small risk of getting sick it wouldn't put me off. Spreading a girl's buttcheeks and sticking your tongue up her ass is SO worth it. :)
