Rise of Oral Films In Last Decade...

As a blowjob/cumshot/facial/bukkake fan....I remember the days during the early 90's when I would have to scratch and claw to find an oral film....let alone one that was good. Today, we have TONS of oral lines that all put out great quality (Baker's Dozen, A Good Source of Iron, Deep Throat This, BJ Adventures of Dr. Fellatio, Blow Me Sandwich, American Bukkake, etc) not to mention the "harder" throat fuck lines (which generally aren't my cup of tea). Even a lot of the girls getting in the industry today display more "bj skills" then the handful that did during the 70's and 80's. In any event....if I have to trace it back to an actuall "starting" point....I would have to think it was the Blowjob Adventures of Dr. Fellatio.....and the rest is history. Any thoughts??? I remember when Doctor Fellatio #1 came out in 97 or 98. I had seen the trailer for it and was thinking ... "Holy shit ... this is exactly what I need.". I was always a huge oral fan and often got turned on by the oral parts of full sex scenes more than anything else. Dr. Fel #1 was a godsend!!! Soon after that Shut Up and Blow Me .... came along and also Blowjob Fantasies by Metro. Ironically these latter 2 series turned out to be consistently better than the Dr. Fellatio line, which was quite spotty as far as quality went after the first few volumes. Also, I disagree with you about the girls' BJ skills these days. There are not enough scenes where the girls are encouraged to give sensual, slow BJs so we can see how good they really are. Too much of todays BJs are just endurance contests with gagging, drool everywhere, and over-acting. For instance, I would love to see Courtney Cummz just give some nice, sensual head instead of trying to gag all the time and giving fake dirty talk. I really want to see a return to basics like they had in Blowjob Fantasies or Shut Up and Blow Me . Although I don't mind gagging, it has its' limits. the endurance gag fests are a bit too much sometimes as it just gets repetitive. The closest I have found to our ideal BJ DVD series is Papa Load's Blowjob Babes. The only way in which it differs from my ideal is that the scenes are shorter than I would like. This just means that I will watch more scenes per sitting. Believe it or not, there are a couple of editions of Oral Sensations that are good. The ones that are good were directed by Steve Austin. The production quality is far from impressive (the series is distributed by Fat Dog who have a well deserved reputation for terrible porn) but the style matches my requirements exactly. Be forewarned, the editions of this series that I have seen that were not directed by Steve Austin are as terrible as most Fat Dog DVDs. The Steve Austin directed ones are worth looking at for a bargain bin price. Steve now has a series for Madness Pictures. 12 Cum Hungry Cocksuckers (or something like that). Then there were a few all oral releases here and there, I remember Brittany O'Connell in a blowbang title. Then in the late '90s it took off. As companies and directors have proliferated, seeking profitable niches to distinguish product is natural.
