Mike Adriano seems to be the only one that regularly does it in his scenes, but I don't really enjoy his style of close up shots, a bunch of lube and those stupid gloves. Markus Dupree does it in some scenes too and he does it very enthusiastically which is awesome. Still, I guess wether it happens in a scene or not depends on the studio and director.
