It's an opportunity of a life-time for him. And his eagerness on the lady looks entirely sincere and believable to the viewer. Which is hot. Because the heterosexual viewer focuses on the lady and not on the guy. And seeing the beautiful lady get sincerely and utterly fucked is what makes it so hot for the heterosexual viewer to watch. Another thing that makes the sex of an ugly guy on a beautiful woman so hot for many porn-fans to watch is the fact that most porn-fans aren't so handsome themselves. It's much easier for an ugly porn-fan to imagine himself being that ugly guy doing the beautiful lady, than it is for him to imagine being the handsome stud who doesn't look like him at all. Also, a slightly above average lady probably looks more beautiful on film in the company of an ugly man. Because such a sharp contrast makes her look better to the viewer. Perhaps more ugly studs is what the porn industry needs to revive its popularity and profits. And it isn't that hard to make a handsome stud look real ugly with some good make-up.
