No idea about the title but I remember Bunny Bleu. She was real cute until she got the horrendous boob job. SO so sad.

It may have been renamed this for a foreign release, I'm not sure but the only mention I can find anywhere of this title is on a foreign store's site, where it appears they consider it an amateur title. If you could find out more about the title it might help people locate it for you.
