The rest is done by consenting adults and doesn't hurt others, so why should I care? As long as children don't see I have no objection. If it hurts those involved, beyond what was intended, then it becomes a different issue.

Those that make their money from porn will stop showing what you don't like as long as the market agrees. Then again, I see the porn market as marketing more and more to niches, so there is something for everybody, even those that don't like rough sex, anal, ATM, etc.

Normalacy hasn't really changed that much anyways. It is just that those that are inclined to explore their sexuality have less societal disapproval to do so. I don't belive most couples try three-ways, ass-to-mouth, etc.
'Normal' used to be beating, possibly killing, somebody because they are gay. 'Normal' meant that it was okay for men to have sex and fuck around, but not women. If they are straight, who were the men having sex with? Why was it right for one and not the other?
'Normal' meant doing all the things you mentioned, just denying it in public.

In my opinion, the only objective borders are the ones to be drawn up between free people who wish to participate in the act.

I'm affraid that not allowing free people to decide that between themselves, we end up with some form of authority deciding what norm is. I for one dont need a government, religion or any other form of authority deciding what my borders are between me and my partner.
