What I would like is high quality gonzo or vignette porn. And to produce this yourself without experience is not that easy. Also, while I sure would like to fuck some of my porn talents (like most porn producers do), I dont dream of being a porn actor. While I have overcome some of my woodproblems with other dicks around, I doubt very much I could stay hard for hours and hours. Fucking escorts is fun, fucking as a porn actor on set I have my doubts.

Sure I could look for capable Russian male actors and hand them over some of my favorite escort girls. Sure many of my escort girls would not mind to earn extra-money that way, also due to additional free advertizing. Sure, I am confident I could come up with some very hot porn settings, I could really garantee dirty dirty hardcore content, I would not shy back from controversial issues like fake-rape or fisting. And sure I would have some of the best dressed, cutest and most willing girls. Sure, my production costs would be a lot cheaper than in US, BUT frankly speaking I am not confident I can provide the world the quality I would ask from such films myself. Plus all the hassle with distribution, duplicating, shipping, customs...!!!!

Everyone has to start somewhere, and it's with experience and practice that people learn their craft, whatever it may be. I'm sure you would not be satisfied with your first works, but it's only by doing that you'll improve and learn what you did badly, what you did well, and what you need to work on more.

As a solution to your wood problems with other men around, 2 things come to mind as suggestions:
1) Viagra
2) Book 2 girls, and get them to each do some filming of you with the other.

As far as distribution, shipping, etc etc, I would not even worry about that too much to start with. I think you'd be better ioff to concern yourself with those once you have something ready to go - shot, edited, and ready to put onto a master tape or DVD-R (HDD space is cheap these days after all, but DVD-R space is even cheaper once you make the investment.)

There may be too much of the locally-produced, horrible, amateurish porn product already in your area, but I think most of the other producers would not have access to the knowledge you have here at ADT, and also from what you say, would not care about their product as much as you would seem to.

Other thing to remember, is of course that if you make some scenes that you think are not good enough to release, you can always keep them as your own home movies of your adventures, and so you have a memento and also can use them to improve your future work.

Another option is for you to team up with either a well-built friend of yours who wants to be your "porn guy" or get a local who fits the bill and let him be your main guy in your vids. Like Jake Steed is to Ed Powers.

After all, if Ed Powers can do it, and Dave Cummings can do it, and Rodney Moore can do it, then any of us with enough money and access to good looking girls can.

I am not Shameless but my dream is actually doing what you have suggested to him. I am already in the planning stages and I will go to Brazil later this year to final live my dreams. I prefer the Latin and Black girls over Russian girls and as I am fluent in Portuguese and know the country it will be much easier for me.
