Guys in most pornos are shaven and I have recently done in order to better treat some jock itch, (I hope) so and I was wondering if there was a conditioner or some secret to not itching before the next shave or it grows back or whatever needs to happen cause I have thick hair and this stuff is brutal.

the first time i tried shaving it itched so bad i almost gave up on it completely. i mean, it felt like i had a jellyfish wrapped around my balls for a week. but i figured, what the hell, if my girlfriend can shave for me, then the least i can do is keep the shrubbery trimmed for her. so the next time i tried, i used a pair of electric clippers with a 3/4" guard on them, and voila, no itch! the trick seems to be to not cut it too short. my advice is to experiment with trimming lower and lower until you find out how low you can trim without causing pain and itching, and then stick to that.

When you shower, use a lufta (sp?) sponge and be sure to scrub well. A shower EVERYDAY is very impt. and baby powder does the trick..

The first time is the worst. You have to give your body a chance to get used to it. Shaved is definately the way to go though..

The loofa or any exfolient works well to prep the skin for shaving. Just scrub with it on wet skin in the shower. Shave in the direction of the hair growth first then the opposite direction. To avoid razor rash, use Tend Skin. If you're really hairy all over, consider just trimming it short instead of shaving; otherwise, it'll look like a brush fire just erupted on your naughty bits.

The first time I shaved it was awful. Took a month for the itching to go away. The next time I was careful to put baby powder on after i got out of the shower each day.

Also, don't take super hot showers for the first day or two after shaving.

Just use talc-free powder. Works better and non-carcinegenic
