I have several friends who look so much like men (with the exception of their lack of penis) that they are undetectible. One even won a national title as "Mr. Something or other" during a leather event. He has been photographed often by magazines and has appeared on several television specials. Also, even though the sex change operation for F-M's is universally thought of as less that perfect, the testosterone treatments and other cosmetic surgeries really do a nice job of a suitable appearing sex makeover.
