Marc said on 8th April that they were changing to another mail handler due to the problems they were having. Since that time I have had a couple of discs through from them so maybe their problems are sorted out. SNP

The only time I've been stung for import charges is when I bought some discs from ADUniverse and they marked the full value on the green package sticker. Thankfully LE are more "creative" with their declarations! Apparently GameLink are similarly helpful, but I've never ordered from them so far. [Link] |

I've had a few problems with other companies and extended delivery times, as you suggest probably due to different shipping methods. In fact one place was busy crediting my account with what I'd lost when the package thumped onto my doormat 6 weeks late. I presume the same thing will happen with LE.
