| Rendezvous15 Member 16 Posts 5/10 | [Image not found DB] What is the deal with DVD releases stating "Shot in HD" (example above) on their covers? As far as I'm aware, only HD material can be released on blu-ray discs, not DVD. Does this mean studios are just filming in HD, then downscaling footage just to fit on a DVD? | Xanderian Member 404 Posts 1/11 | Some of the directors/studios do release the hd versions on their website or via blurays. for example jj released beach patrol 2 on www.assfactory.com . Correct me if im wrong guys |
