LOL nobody will let a girl left a porn set having made two scenes without a contract except if of course something went wrong and the model is upset for various reasons, not get paid, get hurt, change her mind etc ... and refuse to sign the model release but then you can't publish anything of course or you are a criminal front of the law ... I see someone said they have the right to publish a video if they have paid a company to produce on behalf on them, yes it's true at the condition they have in hands a model release where it's written the amount the model get, signed my the model and usually all this is recorded to proove it's not a fake. ( it's what I do ... ) Can LP provide this with Samantha ??? I seriously doubt they can ... but they are using her video !!! Also when you have a company "on behalf of " it means you depend of them and then they are responsable of what going on on your set. Long time ago, a director working on behalf of Private didn't paid 2 hungarians models for a shooting thinking they were just too weak to do anything against him. but the girls went to the Hungarian embassy, then did a law suit in Budapest and at the end it's PRIVATE who had to paid 44 000 $ ( original amount was 2 X 2000 $ only ) because the judge considered also they were badly treated. And Private has paid. And they fired the concerning man ( I did the mistake to hire him later BTW and he was a real motherfucker but it's another story ) But if you are independant from a company you usually ask model to sign YOUR OWN MODEL RELEASE because you can't be sure about WHO will by your material or to WHO you will sale it. But obviously JAVIER because he is partner of the hydra ( his name is included in some of the LP boss companies ) doesn't work for anyone else than Xvideos owner reason why on the one and ONLY model release girls are signing it's written : GTFLIX TV aka LEGAL PORNO which IMHO prooves LP is supposed take care that all papers and paiements have been made correctly before publish anything. But when you know the boss of this company build up his fortune been the biggest thief of porn material on earth, what can you expect else than he doesn't care about all of this ??? So, knowing if Samantha want make a law suit she will have to fight against at least 10 firewall offshore companies and more than 10 "officials" holding over GTFlix TV for sure Stephan can play the new chapter of World of Warcraft, as he is doing at this moment, without care about his responsability in this story ... PW
Yes !!! chapter closed, I hope this sad story will have a positive effect on this company and any others one in future trying to escape from their responsabilities !!! PW

Seems like this should be a good reminder to performers when shooting in another country with a studio you haven't worked with before to be paid in cash USD immediately after.
Quite true and probably something to consider even when choosing to work for any new US studio. The part of Samantha's story that I'm still curious about is that someone must have approached her about shooting for them so what proof did they give her that reassured her she was safe both financially and health wise that made her choose to fly to a foreign country and shoot a very extreme porn scene with unknown performers. I can't imagine that Samantha didn't ask for some proof of their honesty prior to accepting the job. Is she even aware that, Ed Junior, one of the performers who had sex with her on that LP scene has been shooting bareback porn with transexual/shemales for years?
^I hope everyone researches their scene partners prior to showing up on set. It isn't hard to check people out on iafd.com or Google them. Edited by - fanofman on 9/10/2016 6:30:28 PM
^That's sound advice but not necessarily something a performer can do. Maybe I'm wrong and if that is the case than I hope somebody will correct me but I don't know if the performers are always told whom they will be having sex with. I know some women have a blacklist of men they will not work with but does every woman know for certain who her male partner will be and can they refuse to shoot the video without penalty if he isn't available and they have to work with someone else? In the case of Samantha of other women who shoot in another country. Are they even given the names of their partners?

^ Good question. Depends on the company I think, some let the performers pick who they will be performing with, others...remember the case of Belladonna showing up for a shoot and it was sprung on her that it was a gangbang? Some have doubted that story but looking at Belladonna's history in the industry why would she invent it? Plus remember people can cancel so they have to bring in replacements and from what I've heard it can be hard to get certain male performers to do gangbangs, DPs, etc. Harri and I both brought up in one of the LP threads that traveling to Mexico to shoot sounded sketchy but we were pretty much dismissed. Edited by - BlackSix on 9/11/2016 10:33:37 PM
^I won't comment on the belladonna story because I didn't even know about it but if it's true than what a shock it must have been. I'm sure it's common practice to replace one male performer with another just as it's also common practice to replace one female performer with another when one has an emergency or flakes on the shoot. One of the main reason why most studios prefer to work through an agent is that you have a fall back position when one of their performers can't or won't show up. I don't think a blacklist or choosing your partner(s) is really an option for someone shooting outside of the US because you're sort of getting into uncharted territory and that's when the rules tend to change. Of course there are some exceptions but I'd say most of them are established studios that have a reputation going back decades and they are all in Europe of Japan. I get the feeling that South America is still the Far West when it comes to porn. Which brings us to Samantha's shoot. She may have known ahead of time who her partners were but if that's the case than that means that she chose to do a DAP for the first time in her porn life with three men. One of which has done plenty of bareback TS and gay porn in the last decade and he wasn't always the top in those movies. If there was one place where you should make sure to always use a condom is when shooting in South America with South American performers. Especially after the Darren James episode.
^ It may or may not be relevant to the points you're making, but I just can't help myself from pointing out that Mexico is in North America, not South America.

I find it amusing that their "we're not going to respond to this but here's our response" to not paying their models includes the phrase "business as usual." I guess in this case the "lies" were serious enough to warrant a response explaining how they don't respond to lies. (and that everything is totally cool, and we'll just have to trust them as they've clearly earned the benefit of the doubt)

Its rumored that South America and Brazil in particular do not always have up to date tests.

PM him so he can slur the performers he didn't pay without having to prove anything. Good luck getting any more name American performers to shoot in Mexico.
Yes you're right !!! As I already said it's a bit easy to tell " Sineplex/fund sex and LP are differents studios " but from the minute your logo is on the video you're part of the problem !!! At least if it was happened once and after LP cut the business with his partners making bad things, it can be acceptable but nothing has changed between them, still working hand in hand !!! So don't tell me this 2 guys are differents in mind ... Myself if I had a partner shooting on behalf of my company, I couldn't accept making business with him anymore if I heard the guy not having paid performers !!! It's insane this situation now ... PW
Yes, she confirmed what Chanel Lux said in the interview she did for me, that they were forbidden to go out from the house when they said they wanted go back home !!! It's criminal ... PW
Just read this thread. Dodgy, dodgy, dodgy. Unsurprised at the antics, or that there are folks who will contort themselves into all kinds of positions defending such companies. I am surprised popular, in demand U.S. porn stars would go to Mexico to shoot but I guess the prospect of a nice paycheck is really that tempting for some. Glad their issues were resolved. Hope there are no further issues of this kind but not even a little bit optimistic.

wow lot of models commenting on this it seems. I used to really like Sineplex when they released their old style video series maybe 10 years ago or whenever it wass like Nasty Prospects series etc. Ever since they went Legalporno and the ridiculous non stop off the wall always anal scenes totally lost interest. Checking out the LP forum I found this 'response' from LP regarding Sineplex not paying Samantha Rone: Re: SINEPLEX current issues Postby xxx » Mon Sep 05, 2016 8:03 am This story was blown out of proportion. It's ridiculous. I blame Sineplex for being silent and not recognizing their mistake and try to extinguish a small fire early. They had a simple cash flow problem because they shot too many scenes and are not very well organized. We are in the process of buying a batch of scenes from them in advance so that they can pay everyone but it takes time to copy, check, make contracts, send money, etc. I would like to thank the people who are defending us in various medias. It's very much appreciated as we don't have employees to do that. Apparently not paying someone on time is no big deal. Very unprofessional. Not surprisingly this same thread on the LP forum is full of misogynistic talk, if ADT wasn't moderated properly we'd no doubt have the same shit here. Blaming the performers for taking it to Twitter when they've not been paid and have no leverage is so hypocritical. There are some critical posters there are well though. Just before locking the thread the last word from LP is: FYI if Sineplex started to not pay models we would of course cut them from LP. Ignoring the fact that Sineplex did start not paying TWO performers when this was posted let's see now if LP follows up on this promise.
It's nice to live in delusional world. I sometimes wish I could visit but my brain doesn't allow me. You have to have some Donald Trump sized balls to claim: I blame my supplier (Sineplex) who strangely only produces movies for one company (mine) because I own his ass and he couldn't pay the performers because he shot too many scenes that I asked him to shoot in the first place all the while not giving him the money he would need to pay the talent. I also really like that not paying the women who have just shot some really extreme scenes is considered unprofessional as opposed to the reality that it's illegal.
^Are you sure your brain doesn't allow you ? The LP boss blames them because he had no control over their actions. He isn't involved in what they film, who they hire, what terms are being agreed upon with a model regarding scenes and payment, or how they conduct themselves when it comes to paying the women what they're owed. He just buys the end product to distribute on his site, and did so in this circumstance without knowing what was going on behind the scenes in Mexico. What I don't understand is why there's been no definitive action taken yet. If I was distributing for a studio that damaged my brand as badly as Sineplex has in the last few weeks, I would have cut them off already. I hope the wheels are in motion because the longer this relationship continues the more it looks like he condones their actions. It's laughable that you think he owns Javier. Javier's been the boss of Sineplex long before LP was even a concept, they've been doing their own thing for ages, and poorly I might add, shitty ventures like fundsex for example, which took money from customers for prospective scenes that never materialised and then crashed and burned before it even launched, are all independent moves being made by that studio. I'm still pushing for LP to cut them off, as are other customers and fans of the European studios. Other than that I'll continue to speak with my wallet and not support anything that Sineplex puts out.
Correct. My girlfriend has a membership but we share the cost (it's not cheap), and we're in agreement on this. The last scene purchased from that studio was the Angie Moon 4on1 which came out not long before Samantha took to twitter. I understand our actions are more damaging to LP than Sineplex, as they've already been payed for the content once it's on the site, but my hope is that others are doing the same and increasingly poor sales for that studio will force LP's hand on this... wishful thinking no doubt but we'll continue anyway.
Let me make it simple. Sineplex = Legal Porno. It wasn't always the case because once upon a time there was a studio called Sineplex who produced a huge amount of movies that were at first only available on dvd and later on available both online and on dvd but the Recession did what it did to most porn studios and it killed the studio. Now I can't tell you if the owner of LP was also a partner in the Sineplex family of studios but it's irrelevant now because he owns that company. Any video now made under the banner Sineplex are really only shot for LP and that's why saying that Sineplex hasn't paid it's performers is BS because LP is Sineplex. If you want to go even further. No rest for the ass and all other studios with the name of Giorgio probably belong to LP as well. Again that wasn't always the case but it probably is now. As a side note Girogio isn't exactly an angel. For the longest time he promoted his network of sites under the banner "No rest for the ass" on another forum all the while knowing that he wasn't going to add new content. That went on for many months until people like me started to call him out on his dishonesty.
Almost everything in this post is wrong. I can't be bothered to repeat myself and correct you, but if you'd been around the Sineplex bts forums from the start of it all you would have a much better understanding of the setup. Stephane the LP boss has no involvement whatsoever in the Sineplex studio other than an agreement to purchase and distribute their content. I have no knowledge of Giorgio's actions regarding forum conduct with his NRFTA network, so I won't comment. What I do know is that all his old content that appears on LP was bought in bulk by the LP boss.

I can't understand how a porn company can have 'cash flow' problems that delay a payment of $7000. It is illegal to leave people waiting for their pay, whether they are contractors or on payroll. I've worked for festivals that paid musicians as much as $50,000 in cash. How can you be running a porn company of this size and not have $7000 in the bank? I guess that is a rhetorical question.
I think this post on LP forum is an insult to all girls having not been paid STILL TODAY after many months !!! Some of them are claiming on social networks that their money is owned since begining of 2016 and I don't believe the "missing cash" from Sineplex is already in situation since almost a year or no one male performer will still stay there !!! So they paid the men but forget to paid the women and even close them in the house like animal as said this Russian babe on Russian TV and news papers : So Maria Devine, Lola Bulgari, Chanel Lux and more are asking to be paid but now LP found a good deal, they invite them to work in Prague in exchange of been paid for the missing money from Sineplex. And they paid even in advance. And once they are there, they ask them to write on their social media that LP is ... SUPER !!! What a wonderful world and you can see the full process here : http://www.woodmanforum.com/girls/chanel-lux-t9650.html?hilit=lux Of course they will said it's bullshit, as always but it starts to be a lot of evidences now ... So if someone believes that boycotting Sineplex is the right thing, and that someone also believes that Legal Porno isn't willing to take a stand against Sineplex, why would that person continue to defend Legal Porno so vehemently? Seems kinda hypocritical if you ask me.

I'm a bit confused. Even if they shoot this scene for LP and get paid in advance, they still haven't been paid for the scene(s) they did with Sineplex??

^ Yeah, it's pretty obvious that its a bunch of lip service when saying things like "I understand our actions are more damaging to LP than to Sineplex" when those actions entail continuing to spend (likely the same amount of money) with LP. Way to take a stand! And statements like "The LP boss blames them because he had no control over their actions." are just utter hogwash. Sineplex has exactly one customer and that customer is Legal Porno. If the LP brass gave half a shit they could put the screws to Sineplex in a second, but they clearly don't. Formal or not, if you only have one customer, that customer owns your ass no matter what the paperwork says. Yeah, he's speaking with his wallet alright and his wallet is saying, "I don't care what LP does with Sineplex as long as I can still buy content from them."

I guess we'll see what LP have to say and will do now that Maria has brought this up. Someone posted about it on their forum on Sept 17th and they haven't responded yet. I can't see why they would keep on defending and working with Sineplex at this point. But people forget how long Tom Byron stood by Rob Black even as his cheques started to bounce all around town. It took years for Byron's career and rep to recover from that fiasco.
I read Pierre's comments on his forum and it's clear what happened. What is boils down to is that Chanel was owed about 3000 € (Euros) for her Sineplex/LP shoots in Mexico and the deal she was offered and accepted is that LP will fly her to Prague to shoot a few more videos but will pay her back the 3000 € and add another 2-3000 € to sweeten the deal. I'm not to clear on whether she will also get money for those Prague videos. In any case it still doesn't look very good for LP and the coming months may not yield any better news.
Everyone (LP fanboys) rag on Pierre for speaking out about LP but what happens at LP can also affect Pierre and his business. Perhaps not the pay issue with Simplex but the doping/numbing of girls asses and folks working without a valid VD test will eventually make the authorities legislate the Euro porn business and make it difficult for everyone. Politicians love to find ways to create new fines and procedures to make revenue for the State. Just ask James Deen and Kink.
