Hey guys! Don't forget to check out my new one from Wicked called "Sleeping Around"! I'm particularly proud of this one and anxious to get some opinions. It's a lot of work to write, direct, art direct, and perform in a movie so I just don't want all my hardwork to get overlooked :) Hell, we're even throwing a party for this one which is a first for me. It's an original comedy starring myself and Eva Angelina. I do 3 boy/girl scenes. There is also a killer girl/girl scene between Haley Paige and Sammie Rhodes. They REALLY liked each other...I thought I was gonna have to turn on the hose to separate them ;)
Enjoy and let me know what you think...

Hi Stormy, I am such a huge fan of yours, I can't even tell you. Anyway, I just watched "Sleeping Around". I loved it. Eva Angelina was perfect, did you write the part with her in mind? Also, I bought "Watching Samantha" right out of the gate, great work, (my collection is like a little "Stormy Store". You are truly talented, your directing in "Sleeping Around" is a fine example. Your scene with Randy, "Domination", was so fun. Big to you!

Aaargh, it's been out a month and BushDVD doesn't have it. I didn't even know it existed. If I had known, I'm sure there'd already be a "Thoughts on..." post from me by now. Now I'll probably buy it sight-unseen.

I really loved "Sleeping Around." It was really fresh and had a good pace to it. I also really liked "Taken" and "Watching Samantha." "Gossip" is just as good as "Sleeping Around", though. Ms. Daniels has some real skill as a writer/director.

Yes, Krista. It was written for Eva. I wanted to shoot her before I even started writting. I think she did a fantastic job!

Oh, I LOVED "Second Thoughts." It was released last year, wasn't it? Stormy did a great job with that one. It's one of my favorite Wicked films. Austin Kincaid is a VERY talented, attractive young actress. She looks great in a wedding dress.

Stormy, while this movie was robbed of nominations, congratulations on the attention Gossip, 3 Wishes, and Taken received.

Have a great time in Finland!

Some belated praise. My too-busy-to-watch-porn moratorium finally ended, so this was the first thing in the player. As with "Strangers When We Meet", this movie is perfectly set up to play well with me: Directed by Stormy, starring Eva Angelina.

For me, the best thing is the ending, which is not predictable. It certainly makes a feint toward a conventional romantic-comedy conclusion, but rises above it. Love that. You could say the movie even makes a moral point, which isn't necessarily important, but is impressive in an artistic-content sort of way.

Pros: Stormy and Eva, natch. Apart from their obvious physical attributes, they fulfill their roles perfectly -- Stormy as the high-powered, high-living vixen, Eva as the sweet, simple cafe owner. They might not look like sisters, but they play them believably. They're both looking their best, and they have five of the six sex scenes (three for Stormy). Woo-hoo.

It's one of Stormy's best acting roles, especially in her scene with Randy Spears, where she gets to show off her whole repertoire of comic/devilish/sexy expressions. Honestly, you know I try to stay away from kissing ass here, but that's a bravura performance.

*In another surprise, McKenzie Lee shows up. It turns out it's just a non-sex cameo, of course, but that's a pretty high-profile extra.

*Pretty funny.

Cons: The dialogue is well-written, but it doesn't quite crackle the way it should all the time. That's something that could have been affected in editing ... I would prefer some tighter timing between lines, but maybe that's just me.

Bottom line: Pretty much exactly what we expect from a Stormy movie these days, and my expectations are pretty high.

Thanks Obi! I appreciate you watching and taking time to give me some feedback. I'm pretty proud of this one and not ashamed to say it was robbed in the nominations department. My next release (as a director) is called "Predator" and it's my first all-girl movie. That being said, it is not some fluffy cuddly girl/girl flick. I think this one would make Belladonna proud....and I'm in almost every scene.

I think you are very underrated and should be up for director of the year.
