It looks like it's time for a new phone, and since Verizon is giving some nice smartphone deals I think I might have to upgrade to one. Any thoughts from people good and bad? After the little checking I've done I'm leaning towards the Droid X or Droid Incredible, but I'm still pretty open...

I ended up with the Droid X and am loving it. I actually planned to get the Droid 2, but my fat fingers had too many problems typing with it and I took it back within the hour and told them to get me the X instead. I had to pay a slight restocking fee (I originally settled on the 2 when I didn't think I'd be able to get the X), but have absolutely no regrets.

With my fat fingers, I'm just the opposite. I recently bought the Blackberry Torch (to replace my Blackberry Bold). The Torch has the option of using an onscreen keypad or the slider keypad. However, unlike the slider keypad on the Droid 2, the Blackberry slider is used in portrait mode, not landsacape. I can't type on the touch screen. I always use the slider with the tactile keys.
