It's the notion that there are actresses that are so stunningly attractive that they needn't have gone into porn to become rich and successful off their looks. Essentially, it's the idea of watching Supermodels (or their modern equivalents) get down and dirty. About ten years back, as porn was becoming something I was learning about and getting into, I too was astonished that someone as beautiful as Tera Patrick was doing hardcore porn. Given my age, she was my first true porn icon. It went against my pre-perceived big-titted, bleached stripper idea (although that look's prevalent and I am quite partial to that) and it blew my mind.
