I'm right with you on avoiding AdultDVDSite.co.uk . I ordered my first ever adult DVD from them - Dreamquest . It took over a month to arrive and when it finally did turns out they ran out of originals ( yeh right ) and sent me some Scandinavian import version with subtitles continuously playing ! And there was no Jenna commentary ! My second order took 2 months to arrive and after that it was a case of twice bitten , once shy ( yes I know that's the wrong way around ) .

I always had the impression that credit cards such as 'Visa and Mastercard' were alot less accessible than most bank debit cards. What I mean by 'accessible' is that companies run thorough checks on individuals i.e. analysing ones credit history / scoring and are generally quite stringent as to whom they issue cards to.
With regards to solo cards on the other hand. They are offered quite openly to first time bank account holders, as are switch cards.
Once a friend of mine had a switch card, but due to irregular cashflows and a hefty overdraft limit, he was given a solo card instead. He found that although large organisations such as petrol stations and supermarkets accepted the Solo Card, he felt extremely frustrated that alot of the smaller shops would not accept it.
