1. The rate is usually based on the scene not the type of movie. So if a girl does a straight sex scene in a feature her rate is usually the same if it was a straight sex scene in a gonzo. Depending on what is involved. The reason most people say the "gonzo" girls make more money isn't necessarily that their rate is higher it is the amount of time involved. I have seen them shoot a gonzo scene beginning to end in under two hours while a feature may require the girl to be on set for 12+ hours but her rate is still the same. Unfortunately to say X girl did double anal so she must have gotten paid more than Y girl who only did an anal scene is not always true. It depends on the girl and how much she charges. Gonzo girls tend to be newer and therefore tend to have lower rates then the more established women.

2. Hard to say. If you are talking salary (i.e. contract girls only) then Jenna would be a good guess but there is really no way to know.

Yes PornChicks can make A LOT more money in Hardcore(Gonzo) than they can under contract to a company. There are a lot of factors that go into it, but I'm going to try to lay them out. PornChicks are fooled by the seemingly large sum of money a company throws at them in a contract. I believe Jenna once talked about $100,000+ and I saw Savanna Samson(I think it was) on Howard Stern say her contract was $90,000, but those are top level PornChicks. Most I would believe are in the $30,000 to $60,000 range and usually are for 8 films or so, but the company has a lot of strings attached to these contracts. Things like anytime the PornChick does some feature dancing or personal appearances the company gets a cut, they can't get nude on TV(watch Howard Stern reruns of Vivid girls & Tera Patrick), they have to be the life of company parties which a lot of times include drugs & alcohol, & lately Tera Patrick has brought up the name ownership issue which comes from the company putting stuff in the contract that once signed the company owns the PornChicks name forever. The PornChicks are basically owned by the company. I have to say though it use to be just a PornChick problem, but now I'm finding out the major PornGuys are starting to fall into the contract traps. If Pornstars don't stop signing these contracts we are going to end up with no major Pornstar pairings. The major PornChicks will be signed to the fluffy feature companies doing unknown &/or unliked PornGuys while the major PornGuys will be signed to the up & cumming hardcore companies doing the less known &/or less attractive PornChicks.

As far as flat rates. PornChicks use to do it the way your imagining, but I think they started realizing that Porn producers/directors would hire them for basic straight vaginal sex, then once the girls got on set haggle them to do more stuff. That's why now most do the flat rate and just adjust it for how much they are willing to do.

Like I said above the highest paid PornChick is whichever 1 is churning out the most hardcore scenes, but that is hard to figure out. If we're going by upfront money it has to either be Savanna Samson, or 1 of the Digital Playground girls Jesse Jane or Devon. I know Jenna or Tera Patrick come to mind, but now they are more company owners than Pornstars.

Ron Jeremy is just everywhere. I can't speak for the world, but atleast in America he is. He's been mentioned countless times in rock music, Sublime, Kid Rock, Tommy Lee, etc. etc. He did "The Surreal Life 2" reality show. New girls do NOT make less than established girls - the exact opposite. New girls are the most precious commodity in the business. $800 standard, some get $900 and $1000. Once the bloom is off the rose and a girl is no longer 'new', unless she's made herself very popular,things slow down and then they are on the hunt for work and will work for less than $800 a scene. flat rate per scene, only a few women get the chance
to grab a Royalty or % of the DVD Sales.
