^Although I can see the appeal in believing that regular guys can somehow be invited to fuck their favorite performers. Here are some reasons as to why that isn't really possible. Having porn sex is not remotely close as having regular sex. The difference is that there aren't a bunch of people watching you at home. You don't have to take directions from the director as to which position you have to be in. You don't have to keep wood for long periods in-between fucking so that they can set-up the next shot. You have to be able to hold having an orgasm until the director tells you it's time. You have to be registered with the production company so that they can be 2257 compliant. You have to have a valid test. The performer has to be okay with you before she has sex with you. I could keep on going with other examples but I think I've given you enough reasons to show that porn women fucking their fans is like everything else in porn...A fantasy.
If you truly want to fuck a performer than do like every other guy who has that fantasy and hire her as an escort. So many of them do it that choosing which one has less to do with opportunity and more to do with location and even that can be overcome if you have the money.
P.S: Sorry if I destroyed your fantasy. The good news is that you can overlook my post and hopefully somebody like minded as you will have suggestions.
