Hi all,
My girlfriend and I have this problem. After we have hard sex she gets sore. We were wondering if anyone has a solution to this. We were thinking pornstars must have the same problem since they have sex all the time with large penises. We would like to have sex multiple times a day, does anyone have any solutions for her to avoid this?
Thanks

Well, people are different. If she gets sore after doing it the way you're doing it, try something else. Usually, pain indicates you're doing something your body doesn't like. So don't do that. The other obvious option if you guys really insist on hard, frequent sex is just to see if she's willing to put up with it. Or if it's worth it to her, in other words. I don't think you're going to find that there are many ways to change the way her body responds to this. You could try some gentle vaginal stretching on a regular basis and see if that helps but I'd say it's just the way her body works.
Really, you don't want her to be sore all the time just so you can have sex all day long, do you?

Could be an indication of an STI, no harm in getting checked out!?

soreness also means the muscle are not able to cope with stress put down to them especially rough sex. She should take up weight training as it will increase her pain resistance, muscular strength and elasticity. I have seen real life examples of women being helped with weight training with added bonus of increased tightness and clenching control.

Or anal with lube? This would give her vagina a rest.

On a related topic, my girlfriend is very susceptible to bladder infections. She assures me it's not a "cleanliness" issue or a cumming inside her issue, but the condition is fairly chronic.
If there is indeed something I can do to help mitigate the frequency of this problem she's not telling me.
Perhaps someone else can provide guidance.

She should talk to her doctor. Many women (and men) with recurring bladder infections are actually infected with multiple organisms. A single course of antibiotic wipes out one or two of the infecting species (and provides significant symptom relief), but not the third (for example) and within a month or so (or less, or more, depending on the individual and the infecting species) they have "another" bladder infection. They were never actually cleared of the original infection(s), and the damaged and irritated urinary tract is easily reinfected with new organisms, leading to more multiple infections.
The usual course of treatment is a series of broad spectrum antibiotics back to back over a couple of months, or a specific antibiotic treatment based on culture and tested for susceptibility.
To mitigate her propensity for infection she should always urinate after sex (all sex, digital, oral or otherwise), she should not hold her urine any longer than absolutely necessary throughout the day, she can research a diet she can tolerate that will lower the pH of her urine (most organisms do not like to live in an acidic environment). She may also want to change whatever feminine hygiene product she uses during her menses. Those with perfumes, deodorants and other chemicals can be especially irritating, and she should not use a product intended for a heavy flow unless absolutely necessary.
A diet high in meat, grains, beans, corn, cranberries, coffee, fish, prunes and plums keep the acidity levels of urine high. However, unusually high acidic content for an extended period can lead to kidney stones, so always self-medicate with moderation - even with diet.

Rest. many symptoms are psychosomatic / stress-related.
