The result is that I haven't seen a royalty check past June 2009 from a former distributor and the sun-kissed summer checks did not cover the costs of a model's one-on-one scene rate. Damned if you do; damned if you don't. Titles were not replcated by Platinum X because, I'm told, they could not afford to replicate them....or mine, at least. I simply cannot afford to shoot a new movie with 100 or more loads. I'm not aware of many companies currently doing this. I'm providing unique, exclusive site updates on a weekly basis and members enjoy 12 such updates per month. Being a big fan of Mike John and Tim Von Swine's work, I wonder how much grief they get when they shoot 5-man blowbangs, too. It doesn't change the fact you got popular because of that work.Then don't do 12, do eight and use the money for scenes with some WOW factor like the old stuff. Yes, I think that was a scene from SLAP HAPPY #4. It may have been Brittany Blue's scene. She wanted to tone it down so things were toned down. Simple. Easy. Ask and ye shall receive. I did another scene with her at a later date and we were friends.
We can go in many, many circles. I'm only being honest with you about the reality of this business as I'm experiencing it. I can't spend what I don't have. It's that simple. When updates are missed, people complain. I'm trying my best to offer something each and every week without fail. Some people must appreciate the effort because my sites rank comparatively high in the network. I'm proud of that and it keeps me going. Mike John does great dvds and I'm sure a lot of people appreciate having access to them online, too. I know I do. The time will come in the not-too-distant future where most of my dvd releases will be web updates. It has to be that way if bills are going to be paid.
Jarek: I appreciate what you wrote. I really do. I don't consider myself lazy and disagree with any suggestion of it. I read your e-mail about doing a special Christmas-themed update. My reply was that it just isn't my thing to do seasonal themes. I am a member of other sites that do provide that and it just does nothing for me. I'm not sure why. I enjoy classic scenes for different reasons....reasons that have nothing to do with Santa hats or sleigh bells or pull-the-carrot-off-the-snowman-and-see-the-model-fuck-her-ass-with-it. Not my thing and I'm sorry, man. I don't believe in making each and every member's fantasy come true. I don't know why. I just don't. And it's not because it's impossible to begin with. That's just not what the sites are about and I believe it's more to do with having immediate access than anything else. Hard to know who's at blame, Brandon has said "he has no control" over the updates but one would think if PSN had the material they would make them a priority since as Brandon pointed out his sites are top dog on the network. Sneaking in the updates between scenes that have been up for weeks is no way to build confidence IMO. I think they would keep a lot more customers if they knew what was coming in advance. I think the major fail here is Brandon not having his own site where a hired webmaster would look after his interests. Personally I think he sold out to the devil,I truly believe there is ZERO chance he's getting near the amount of money he should be getting for each scene on that network,if he was the content would still be like the old stuff that had character. Now it's "meh" and Brandon knows it. A good example is the Dogfart sites, I think there's 16 sites and every week without fail they are updated (as far as I know)you have gangbangs,gloryholes and even stuff for the fruitloops but yet they manage to do just fine, think about it! they must have over 50 performers a week and you get it all for $30.00. Other than Jules and his gripe about old ripped off content I never hear a bad word about these guys,why? because they don't rip people off with broken promises.IR isn't really my thing but I am interested to see what their new Bukkake site will be like. Anyway I like Brandon's stuff (well, his old stuff anyway) but I got hosed last year with no updates for 3 weeks, as soon as I canceled (literally the next day after my membership ran out) the updates came...pissed me off and they won't get another dollar from me. Leave Brandon alone! You whiny mother fuckers. All you do is whine and complain, you fair weather fans. YOU CAN NEVER BE SATISFIED ! Brandon tries really hard, tries to make regular updates, tries to deliver high quality, tries to cater to fan requests and even promptly responds to personal emails and various forums (unlike Jules Jordan who doesn't even bother responding at all). Just be grateful he shares his artistic passion with the world. (Although it brakes my heart that loadmymouth scenes are being produced at a slower pace)
Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I'm also entitled to mine. The sky is not falling and the wheels on the bus are still firmly attached....but a single, solitary bolt called money. When the money flows, good things happen. When the money doesn't flow, the threads on the bolt start to come loose. Little by little, things start to get more and more wobbly until something happens. I am still at the wheel. I will not put on the brakes even though I am headed straight for the south rim of the Grand Canyon. I believe that there will always be a crisis in this industry and reasons to quit. Having said that, it is amazing to me that there are other opinions out there, too. Opinions that state, for example, that 3 out of the top 4 Most Popular sites on the 55-site network are mine. 3 out of the top 4. I'm not making that up. I'm just offering up evidence that some people like what they see. When people are disappointed, I believe most rational people just take a break from a site, move on, and possibly come back later to see what's going on. Some people have the attitude that my investment in all my content pales in comparison to their monthly subscription fee. This is simply not true, trust me. Forgive me when everyone is not 100 per cent satisfied all the time. I'm doing my best and will continue to do so. Thanks for any and all support and if that support comes and goes, so be it. This is business, not marriage, and people are free to date others.

I enjoy it all but if it comes down to business -- as it must -- I have to try to do things that make sense. Forgive me when I put site updates such as Andi Anderson with 20+ guys as dvd extras, too. I appreciate the kind words. People have every right to ask for more all the time. Oliver Twist did it. So can people who plunk down money for a membership. It has become abundantly clear that some people will only be satisfied when weekly updates are provided with near-impossible feats. I'm not in that league and don't see many who are, really. Not even a few hours after posting her pics did I receive an e-mail asking me to bring her back to do a huge group scene....with anal, if possible.
