However I've noticed on Reality Kings that the MPEG4 downloads look a lot softer than the regular standard MP4. Now I understand that MPEG4 are a lot smaller but I was always under the impression that they were the same quality as MP4 which take almost twice as long to download. Can anyone confirm if MP4 is indeed better quality> If so I will just download the standard MP4 from now on. I was always under the impression that they are both 758x432 at Reality Kings. Can anyone tell me if there is a difference at Brazzers as well? Brazzers MPEG4 & MP 4 I believe is 854 x 440 which is much better quality than Reality Kings. | shalalin Senior Member 1733 Posts 11/07 | Posted - Nov 5 2016 : 7:15PM Anyway, what RK labels as "MPEG4" is really quite borderline in terms of watchability, IMHO...I don't care much about HD either so a lot of what I download is also 432p, 480p or 540p in resolution, but the video bitrate in those files is arguably just too low for even that, at only about 650 kilobits per second. The "MP4"-labelled files have twice that bitrate (with the audio track identical, so the total size is a bit less than double), which makes a big difference. [Link] |
