I just wanted to take a moment to address the thieves who think they can steal copyrighted information without consequence. To those of you crawling our site - we know who you are and we will be taking further action. On another note it was pointed out to me that Vidshop.com decided to use Charlie's excellent review of Betty Im Spermagluck. They're even featuring his review on their homepage (stolen review at vidshop). There have been many discussions in the past about vidshops horrific service. They have been called thieves by customers here and in newsgroups. The fact that they have not responded to my email asking them to remove the review supports the comments made about them. Please do not support this company. [Link] |

And simply state that the reviews belong to YOU or your website. And ask taht they either remove it or provide a return link (if you're willing to do so) Many webmasters assume that TEXT is public content. They assume that the text review was taken from another site and so on and so on. Finally, I'd flex muscle. Not legal muscle, REAL muscle. Let them know (via email and fax) who you are and how many people will hear what you have to say. Let them know about this site. Any SMART person would get their shit in order when they see what contacts you have. There are only 2 reasons why they arent removing the review - either they havent read your email (which shows poor customer support) or they dont give a fuck. If the later is the case, keep on them.
