My new girlfriend and I have only recently started having sex. My penis is on the larger than normal side, and the day after she has a sore stomach for most of the day. We were wondering is there any way her body is going to get used to this? She hasnt slept with anyone for over a year so maybe she isn't used to it? Is she going to adapt or is it something we're going to have to work around? Are there any positions that are better or worse? Please help
Position - Most prefer doggie and it can allow for better control of depth of penetration. I suggest finding a work around. If she's not enjoying it, you won't be enjoying it for very long.
She's the one that thinks it's my penis, she loves it during, but the next 48hrs she says is quite uncomfortable. Like something's been 'stabbing' at her.
and she would be correct. How about trying more cowgirl/RevCG where she can control the depth of penetration. See what she does when she's in control. Maybe you'll both learn something together. I personally like it for several reasons, but RARELY cum in that position.

This is unclear to me. Is she having a stomach ache as in cramps or something? Or is her discomfort located in her vagina?
Depends on how long your dick is and how short her canal is. Are you constantly banging the back of her pussy? The uterus is kept in place by ligaments that attach to the abdominal wall. If you're constantly slamming into her and moving her uterus, those ligaments are pulling on her viscera and being stretched. It can be uncomfortable and make you sore. If she's really turned on during sex, she might not even notice it. Pain threshold increases with arousal for females, but afterwards... But if it were just too much friction or lack of lube, it would be her pussy that was swollen and sore. Not her abdomen. That's my guess anyway. If you aren't going too deep, I have no idea. Go the OB/GYN and have her ask. Edited by - savoy on 1/29/2011 2:47:43 PM
And I'm guessing by tummy, she means her lower abdomen. If she means her actual stomach which is higher up, right before you hit the sternum. I have no idea. I've felt that dull ache on both the right and left side of my pelvis (where those ligaments are attached). It's normal after rough/hard/deep sex. If it last longer than 2 or 3 days without improvement then I would involve the doctor. Or if the pain becomes extreme. My advice is to take it easy. Don't be so rough. Don't go so deep so frequently. You are hurting her. You need to communicate better during intercourse. Edited by - savoy on 1/29/2011 2:48:11 PM
Thanks Savoy, dull ache is what she's saying it is. I'm aware of my size, I do go deep but it's what she tells me to do, I'm around 9inches, I'm not sure about how deep her canal would be, if it corresponds with her body size, she's quite short. I constantly tell her to let me know if it hurts. Lower abdomen is where she's saying the ache is coming from and is only the day after, or 2nd day at the most.

She really should see a doctor about this. What's the point of guessing about health issues?
