I've noticed over the past couple of days that i cannot stream things like youtube for more than about a minute and a half. It just freezed and it usually never starts again. What could that be? I have to reload the page, scroll forward to where I was and watch for about 60-90 seconds before it freezes. This goes for almost all streaming. You don't think my ISP is behind this, do you?

OK this problem persists. I have made arrangements to go with cable broadband instead and they're putting it in on friday. I;ve done everything I can think of: I've restarted the modem and computer at least 15 times. I've unhooked the splitter and plugged directly into the modem jack. I've even started up in safe mode without firewall or anything else starting up.
Do you think there could be anything wrong with my computer? I would hate to have the cable put in and have the same problem. Can network cards go? I've thought of that, but how common is that really?

One other thing. The connection seems to be pretty good late at night which makes me think the pipe is overburdened.
