I had a look for something similar a few years ago without that much luck. Funny considering all the weird fetish stuff out there, but DVDs just showing high quality softcore stripping seem thin on the ground. I was after something like this years ago, the closest I found was one fo the Evil Angel ones directed by John and Tricia.. I can't remember the title, but it was one of a series at some annual stripperfest/competition thing. It was okay, but watching strippers get sunburned in the heat in an outdoor atmosphere isn't quite the same as quality-shot stage stripping.
I used to be a huge strip club aficionado. I made a two volume movie about twelve years ago called "Striptease" for Pleasure Productions. It starred Shayla LaVeaux and a bunch of unknown east coast strippers as the supporting cast, dancing on the poles and having sex. It was shot in a real strip club on the NJ shore, and was loosely based on the Carl Hiaasen book that they made into a Demi Moore star vehicle. If you like strippers, and a real strip club atmosphere you might enjoy these movies.
Scipio, I think you might be thinking of one of the "Buttman at Nudes a Poppin" videos. I think he went a few times. A couple years ago I saw an Evil Angel film, it might have been called "Buttman Goes to Rio" (or maybe "... Goes to Carnivale") which started as a party at a strip club and ended as a full-blown orgy. They claimed, and I believe them, that they were real strippers and Carnivale revelers, and not paid porn performers. I thought it was pretty hot.

Strip Tease I is my favorite film of all time, but of course Shayla LaVeaux remains my favorite porn star of all time also in spite of all the new talent out there. To me there is just no one that screws all out like she does with such enthusiasm and lustful joy. "Boobsville's Strip Club" from Big Top Digital has scenes of various big breasted pornstars/strippers from the 90s doing their strip club act. Some of the girls are Busty Dusty, Sarenna Lee, Kayla Kleevage, Lovette, Sana Fe, and a few other big boob stars I only know from Score and Big Top. 10 girls in all. Most of the scenes look like they were shot at a strip club on a typical night. A few were in a strip club with only a few people who work in porn in the club. I think there's one that was performered in a living room and sarenna Lee's scene was a photo shoot with her dressed like Marylin Monroe. I thought the movie had sex in it but only dancing. I think it's pretty much the type of movie you're looking for. Also on one of Big Top's "Boob Cruise" DVDs (the first one I think...) there's a fairly long segment of various big boob stars doing their act on the ship. there must have ben at least a dozen girls who danced/stripped. You could also try Playboy's Strip Search series if you can find them anywhere. The ones with the Helmetcam Man where he travels to different cities to watch performers.
