Its mind boggling how many are out there, and would expect as much trying to maintain a roster in constant state of flux. When you do update it, I did notice one company, thats relatively new, has posted here, and might benefit from such a revision, is Defiance Films. Your list has an old company, I presume unrelated, called "Defiant Productions" that someone less informed might possibly confuse them with, to mistakenly conclude they've closed. Here is my impressions: Channel 69/Filmco/Totally Tasteless/Sensational Video Video: 2/5 Audio: 2/5 Dialogue: 1/5 Girls: 3.5/5 Sex: 3/5 There is no dialogue at all in most cases, the actors hardly said a word, it's not erotic. I like the girls though, because they are the everyday girl you see at the streets, workplace or your neighbours. Most important, they have natural big tits, which is very pleasant to look at. I would buy their DVDs for this reason. And the sex seems to be good because I get to see some great shots of the girl being penetrated. No obstruction, full body shot, great insertions, close up etc. But the dialogue, video and audio ruin the DVD so I'm not going to buy another one till they improve in these departments. [Link]

I like the looks/sex appeal of 90% of their actresses for the category of film( meaning you cannot expect a 30 year-old look in a granny movie). But within the category, they know how to chooses actresses. They have good taste. Their movies maintain the natural color of the actresses' skin color and tone. With most other studios, acresses skins looks sunburnt, reddish etc. [Link]

What exactly does it mean when someone is the " Custodian of Records"?? i'll make up an example, Lets say its 70 years into the future a studio which existed in our present day but no longer does,someone in the future looking for some of there stuff happens to find a movie they saw 70 years ago and notices that now the custodian of records is another studio or an individual associated to a studio, what exactly does that mean?? Does it meen that the movies are now being released by the new owners?? because along the way they purchased all of the other studios movies when it closed? weird question but would like to get some insight on the topic. thanks [Link]

I too wonder what happens when a company fails. Where does their 2257 documentation go if they don't sell their content? Does it just sit in some former company owner's file cabinet? I can imagine that figuring out where the 2257 records are currently for a title that has been sold and resold and therefore changed hands many times over would be fun. I wonder if a tracking system is in place for that too. [Link]

Click to expand Ok now i get it its in relation to the performers age and who holds that documentation, cheers for clearing that up for me after a bit of googling i found an article that says movies are licensed or reproduced by who ever has the content and is the new "Licensor" that being individual/studio who made a purchase of the content and is now reissuing releases in new formats bluray DVD and so on. Id laugh if it was anything like the movie Be Cool only about 2257 records. [Link]
