If you posted this thread a year ago, my answer would be different. For at least eight years now, my answer to the question of what is the best pay site would be Hookup Hotshot. I subscribed not long after the site opened and there weren't many times that I didn't have an active membership. It was easily my favourite site. Unfortunately, things have changed a bit. I know that the site owner has said that he's having some difficulty recruiting models, and one of the big things that drew me to the site was having petite, young (18+) models. The whole HUHS "brand" was built on those models and a specific look.
Lately, many of the models have been older, more established women. I have absolutely no problem with that but it's not for me. Then there is the fact that Bryan, the site owner and primary male performer, is performing less these days. His replacement(s) just don't bring the same energy that Bryan did.
My #2 site for many years was Amateur Allure. I'm just coming off a monthly subscription there, but I don't subscribe nearly as often as I used to. There have been some major changes there as well, though I mostly like the new direction. What I don't like is that they have increased the monthly subscription cost significantly. It's just not a good value these days unless there is a discount offered.
But answering your question, there is a network that I've joined many times since it started in 2016, and I had a monthly subscription there over the summer and remembered how much I like the site. It's Bang.com.
Bang has around 1700 original videos, and most of those are teen-themed. They hire some of the newest models entering the business to shoot for them. The scenes look great, the models look great, and the sex is hot.
Apart from the Bang originals, they have a massive back catalogue of older movies. I think the Golden Age of porn (subjective, of course) is from the late 1990s through to around 2010. There were some amazing studios putting out some great movies. While a lot of the back catalogue at Bang are from smaller studios, and some of them from Europe, there is still a huge amount available from premier American studios from that era.
On top of it all, Bang is usually running a discount, or a discount can be found easily. I still sign up regularly and I find it a great value even signing up three or four times per year, but for someone who has never been a member, my recommendation is think seriously about taking a membership longer than a month. The site also offers a full tour, which is becoming rare these days, so anyone interested can do a deep dive before subscribing.
