I have read a lot of the discussion groups and most are all gripes of some sort of other for "whatever.com" site. Not you guy's. So I thought I would write and say how much I appreciate your service. In speed of delivery, it is top notch. The site's structure is plain and simple (a good thing) and easy to navigate. I really see nothing I can complain about....Considering, the only other rental service I have tried is Movixo. It was horrible. At one time I was subscribed to both of Sugar and Movixo, sent movies back at the same time to both. You guy's received mine back in no more than 3 day's and shipped the next out the same day and I received it no more than 3 day's later....total turnaround = 6 days at most. Movixo on the other hand took 6 to 8 day's and on one occasion 10 day's to receive my movies and another 5 to 6 day's to ship to me, Total turnaround = 15 day's. Even with their "report movie in the mail service" it was on average about 8 to 9 day's turnaround as you can not report a movie as "in the mail" until a pre-determined time has elapsed, in which I never determined what that was, but it was more than 5 days. On top of that, "their" movies were not original dvd-9 silver sided originals, but only inferior dvd+r recordable blue sided dvd's like you buy at wal-mart. 7 to 9 gig movies compressed down to 4.6 gb. I'm not an expert here but I would call them "bootlegs" and the quality was horrible.
So, to make a long story short, thank you very much for your prompt service and the fine rental experience of original movies that have (up to this point) played flawlessly, I have only gotten a few of your older releases that have had scrathes or "moderate" wear, but still played fine.
To show my appreciation, I am going to copy and paste this email to Adultdvdtalk.com and try to inform others of my great and....crappy experience.
For all you fellow renters and buyers on the Adultdvdtalk forum, I don't work for and have no interest in Sugardvd, I'm just reporting my escapades. There is so much negative feedback on "this or that site", I wanted to write a positive experience I have had. I don't know anything about Bushdvd or Xrent, ect., ect....just the 2 mentioned above.
I hate rating systems, but if I had to I would rate Sugardvd (1-10 range) as a 9 and Movixo as a 4. And I'm being lenient with Movixo- 4 for not ripping me off and actually receiving the movies even though they were bootlegs. 9- for Sugardvd as I can't really see how they could improve except for having a more broader range of movies to select from and more "availability", but I suspect the same can be said for any other "legitimate" rental service.
Thank you very much, Sugardvd and hope you keep up the good work. With this type of service, I see you emerging in the future as a leader in adult movie rental service.
