It's a lot of work. I'm hoping to have it wrapped up this week and launched this weekend. This will result in a change in the way we handle cookies at ADT. Your old cookies won't be valid when we make the switch. That means you will be logged out and need to login again after we make the switch. If you don't remember your password you can request to reset it on the forgot your password page. The password reset requires you have access to the email account associated with your forum profile. view/change your email address here if you are logged in. But now I see < src and then a bunch of other stuff. I think it's the code for posting images in reviews. And if I try to edit the post, that line of code just plain disappears. I've accidentally deleted a few people's images that way (always managed to get them back by going into my cache, fortunately). Now, I'm not sure if they put it in with that code in the first place, or they put it in with the typical ADT forum code, and the site somehow switched it. So, not sure what's up with that, but I suspect it's related to the switch to HTTPS because of the timing. Another member noticed this too, so it's not just me. [Link] |

I've tried reloading several times and I can never get to the bottom of the page. The furthest down I ever get in a post by epistimonas made Jan 28 2017 : 5:09AM. That may be the last post on the page, but I don't know since it's not the "bottom" of the page in the sense that you don't get down to the menu to switch pages, or reply, etc. that usually appears at the bottom of the page after the last post. edit: same thing's happening in the AJ Applegate thread. I can get down to the last post but not as far as the reply button. This is what I see at the bottom:  Notice you can't click on any pages past 62, and you can't go any lower than this, so you can't get to the reply button. I also delete all cookies, all Flash cookies (aka Local Shared Objects), empty the browser cache, etc. -- again, every time. I do this multiple times every day, after every session on the Internet (i.e. not just after visiting ADT). And, to be clear, these are all new problems manifesting over the last few days. [Link] |

HOWEVER, there have been other minor glitches manifesting recently that come and go. (Others have been mentioning some of them here.) For example, I'm on the site working normally, and then all of a sudden I can't navigate anywhere (something about "authentication failed," or some such, when I click to go somewhere). The only work-a-round that I've found is to login again -- and remember, when this happens you can't even log out first. So, I close all the windows, clear my cookies and cache, etc. and login again. Usually, when I login again, everything works normally. Although, there have been a few times when the site was just plain not responding. FYI, my missing post example I posted here for you, still is not visible to me, even though you say you can see it. I distinctly remember posting it directly after Smiler Grogan's post. I'd give you a link, but -- as has been mentioned here already -- when you click on the "Link" option visible in every forum post nothing happens.  (my post should be immediately the next post after this, and it is not there) [Link] |

And BTW, you can see your post (and beyond?) because of the buffer flushing change I made. It seems that Firefox 51 has a bug and doesn't like Brotli compression sent in chunks over HTTPS. Like the various AVN/AEE threads in star-crossed right now. I get maybe 80% of the pics to load. Not always the same 80% though...
