Well, is it softcore or hardcore ? The back cover Juha provided show hardcore inserts. Does Sly have a full sex scene in it or is it simulated ?

Apparently it was originally hardcore and now exists in multiple versions.

Released as Bocky by Red-Video is hardcore with German audio only.
Released as Randy by Marketing-Film is unknown with German audio only. Appears to have two cuts of the film, one which is definitely softcore and one which could be hardcore.
Released as The Italian Stallion by Ventura is apparently softcore as the UK release by Ventura holds the 18 rating.

Apparently Red-Video and Marketing-Film are the same company. I'm not sure if the two releases are the same or not.

Now, which one of my ADT friends lives in Germany as I can't buy from their stores as I appear to be missing a German ID Card (or Swiss ID card or the other one they were willing to accept).

The Italian Stallion is softcore, we got a copy of it. I still think the hc version is not the original, but that th hc are inserts.

According to Snopes it did start out life as a hardcore film. Here is a review of the disc under the name Randy and a cover shot at this site.

Now the confusion is pefect.
According to the German review the film "Party at Kitty and Stud's" aka "Randy" is not "Bocky". But the porn "Bocky" used some footage from "Randy". And "Randy" used some footage from a film called "China de Sade". BTW, Randy is a deserted Vietnam soldier. Unfortunately the review doesn't tell if he only became a soldier in the German dubbed version or if he already was one in the original version.

The German DVD doesn't contain an English track. That's the reason I never bought it.
