I have one and I like it very much. It's inexpensive, it's not single-use (I've probably used mine a dozen times and it looks fine) so it gives you good bang for the buck. It's easy to clean and it easily folds inside out so it can dry thoroughly without worrying about mold. Put a little talc on it and it goes back into the plastic egg container, which can be easily hidden. Even if it's found, it doesn't scream SEX TOY! Even if you open it and look at the thing itself, you pretty much have to know what it is already to know what it is. It could be all sorts of things if you're creative.
Nice thing about it is that it's a good middle ground between a thick sleeve like a Fleshlight or even a regular Tenga Ona-hole and your hand. Most sleeves are thick and completely isolate the feeling. The egg is a thin sleeve so you feel your fingers somewhat, and you're still doing the stroking motion. So you get the benefits of your hand, like making able to make tiny adjustments pressure, but you've got a textured rubber sheath in-between so it doesn't feel totally like your hand. And it catches the semen so cleanup is a lot easier.
They come in several internal textures. I only have one so I don't know if they feel any different in use or whether it's just psychological. I'll probably wait until this one breaks before I get another one.
A lot of it depends on what you want. If you want a hands-free jerk-off, it's no good. If you want something that isolates the feeling if your hand and penis, it's no good. If you want something that's small, light, easy to clean, discreet, inexpensive, and is basically a pleasant variation of a normal hand-job, then it's an excellent choice.
