Since women are usually the final choosers in couples, I'd say it's roughly 50-50 male-female. Our demographic is 18 to 65, roughly. The women I see purchasing/renting seem to be in their mid-twenties, at least. Our youngest female customers shop mostly for lingerie and sex toys. I'd say the vast majority of my female porn customers are between 25 and 45, with the highest concentration being in their 30's. Again, these numbers are guesswork, based on my personal observations. Added: In my 4 months there, I've yet to rent or sell a single gay title to a woman. Women do buy gay-themed magazines, though. But only the ones with athletic-looking guys on the covers.
