I'm looking for a title that shows what it's like to make an adult movie. Not any movie in particular, but one that shows the off-camera details. Does any series of this type exist, and if so which one is the best?

I am not sure of a title exactly as you specify, off hand, but I'd imagine that the extras on the Fashionistas DVD will be hard to beat, as they show steps from initial planning to rehearsals to location shooting, so it's all there. Plus you get a half-decent movie to enjoy with it...

I'd vote for "Safe Sex" a Pierre Woodman directed DVD from French studio Blue One. In addition to the movie (about a dozen scenes), you get a great "behind the scenes" feature that covers the twelve or so scenes one by one, you feell like you are a guest on the set, great stuff

The Ass Collector also has a great 78 minute behind the scenes feature covering almost every facet of the production.
