^ Actually, I did, and yeah I got 30%. (Well, when I was counting I was actually looking for non-black girls who won't work with black guys, and I found that it was right around 70%. So if you flip that around, yeah it's 30% who will.) Don't know whether Solar4 counted as well and got the same number, or whether he/she just used my number. But it doesn't take all that long to do, and I was curious, and unemployed at the time.
Well this doesn't say much since it's those who will put it on their cards. I can think of several non-black girls who in the past have either done interracial, inexplicably 'stopped', or just simply don't put it on their dance cards (for obvious reasons). There's so many different agencies, I'd be surprised if two people actually came up with the same percentage. It's sort of a waste of time, but hey ...
So, if we settle on roughly 30% of white girls doing IR now, would everyone agree that the percentage has increased over the past 5 or 10 years? And would everyone agree that the percentages are only going to increase in the future?

Given the rather high percentage amount of new girls coming in that do IR, yes. The only hold outs are the ones who sign on quickly with the plantation owners, oops, I mean, LA Direct (not type9 as I had before) and Vivid. ^not sure why you'd single out type 9 or Vivid. Vivid no longer has contract girls, so they don't sign anyone. IR or no IR. Type 9 (LA site) has 71 girls who are available for BG scenes, 64 of whom are non-black. Of those, 29 are available for IR. That's 45% which is much higher than most. Take LA Direct for example, the common whipping boy in these threads, who have 88 girls available for BG (they don't have any black girls hired BTW), and of those 88 girls, 20 are available for IR. That's only 23%. So, I'm curious why you singled out the two companies that you did.

I did the calculations awhile back. But that the same figure was arrived at independently is evidence that that's likely that true figure. And the figure does appear to be increasing over the years as racial animosity wanes.

Oh, apparently I was wrong about Heather Starlet. She did one IR scene for the Penthouse website recently. Unadvertised and unannounced. Honestly though, isn't that better? Making a big deal about girls doing their first IR is a little creepy. Not as good as just doing it from the get-go obviously, since otherwise you wouldn't have all the hype about it in the first place. This comment, I believe, is a hold over from an earlier era in porn. You might be surprised to find that in several lists of the Hottest pornstars that nowadays usually the majority of the girls listed have IR in their filmography. Genesis Magazine's Hot 100 has IR-friendly girls as the majority of the top 10, top 25, top 50 and overall top 100. Elegant Angel's Hottest Pornstars DVD was ostensibly a fan election.
