DFExtra had a promo reel on the official Twitter account a while back. My guess is will be the relaunched branding name since some girls refuse to work because they think the name is awful, and will be the new site with Gamma UI (for worse and improvements) to serve as a placeholder while all content is transferred. Then when complete have all existing site URLs redirect to DFExtra and erase all traces of the old webpage appearance.
If anyone cares start using wayback machine to archive. Years of trailers for example might not be carried over and even if they are might have lower bitrates on DFExtra. Member comments too which may not be saved or no longer be public
Also TBD if the deleted scenes will be brought back or if more deletions will occur and not be transferred over.
Long as DogfartVOD exists with the high bitrates and no deletions the original history & video quality will remain
Would be stupid to delete that. Having their own clipstore makes them unique to other paysites for users who don't want a membership but still support their favorite scenes.
There's been an increase in VOD titles on platforms like AdultEmpire and AEBN since Gamma acquired the brand but common sense says they still earn more from their own store than a cut of purchases or licensing fees from other platforms. Those other platforms also have lower bitrates but the tradeoff is usually no website watermark.

I have a feeling that the pricing for DFXtra will be similar to XEmpire, where they offer streaming only on the cheaper plans and streaming and downloads for pricier plans (i.e higher monthly or one year subs)
You almost never have to pay those prices, there are always discounts and sales available on 3rd party discount sites, you just follow the signup link given on the website and it will take you to the discounted checkout on the studio site
Whoa. Major website redesign is now live. Seems pretty good, and at last there are dates for the upcoming scenes right there instead of having to find some obscure gallery site first.
Why do these companies do this? NO ONE likes Gamme or their websites, and yet here we are. Ruin something that didn't need changing. I've just had a look, and i've chalked this site off from ever being on my radar again. So many years of being different and now it looks like the same crap as every other site they have. It's awful.

Indeed, I just wish i'd renewed my membership and downloaded all I could before they switched over. Their 4K scenes weren't exactly the best, but if it's anything like the other Gamma sites the bitrates will be as piss poor as the MindGeek sites and look even worse.
I did have the unreleased BlacksonTrans scenes from there a while ago, maybe they'll now release them on the Gamma platform, there were about 12 in total.

^ I guess the name gets attention! Certainly the first time I checked the site out it was because I was intrigued by the name. I'm with you on the cuck stuff and plenty have posted similar views on here in the past. I'm assuming there must be a market for this stuff but for me the presence of a random non-participant is a real distraction that compromises my enjoyment.
I see all the scenes are marked with 4k on the new site Please can someone tell me if all of these scenes are actually downloadable in 4k from the members area? I don't want to buy another membership and find out that they have the same system as before, where you get 1080p with your membership and have to buy 4k from a separate site.
This would have been the time to change the name but they did not.In there blurb about themselves they say this " The name Dogfart was easy for people to remember and as our popularity grew, the name made us easy to find. No one forgets Dogfart"

They'll be downloadable, but they'll start cutting the bitrates in half and giving you generally poor quality in comparison to the previous site.
Mindgeek and Gamma sites really are taking the piss. So many of the bigger porn studios now reside under them and they've been ruined. Same as when DDF got absorbed into that abhorrent legalporno crap. Ruined a great network.
