I subscribed for two months. Their were barely any posts, mostly just selfies and no vids outside of one or two thirty second clips. I would take stock in what's been posted at the moment and then follow up on a few weeks to see if their is any change.
^Juelz posted it on her Twitter recently. It's a good one for sure. ^^^Thanks, that makes sense. Maybe I'll take the plunge while keeping that in mind. Since her showcase is never seeing the light of day, I'm more bummed about Juelz not getting booked. Her scene this year with Jasmine Jae was great.

Beyond great, one of my favorite of the year... maybe my favorite if I take time to think about what else I have seen..... certainly near the top.
these directors and producers must have a real disconnect in cases like this, Juelz has been owning Vegas the last couple of years and she isnt slowing down, yet no one wants to book her for scenes like she is shot out. But the Vegas night scene begs to differ on Juelz being on her way out
I am no voter and don't watch enough scenes to be for sure. But I do know good hot hard porn when I see it and that scene is at elite levels. I would be shocked if it didn't at least get a nomination for whatever category it would qualify for. Oh yeah for sure. If you just go on performances scene in and scene out she is hard to out perform. She certainly is at that elite level. She isn't doing a ton of scenes in 2017 but the ones I have seen have all been at the A level; some of her best work ever. She didnt get popular enough to garner serious POTY considerations ( i dont know if she ever got nominated off the top of my head) but she performs like one even if she is not getting a lot of scenes these days. ^Currently, it seems like Juelz's otherworldly performances have garnered her a cult following. Why studios/companies aren't jumping at her baffles me; because she could outclass anybody and she tackles every single type of porn. A plethora of various anals, blowbangs, gangbangs, DPs, (I remember a triple pen in Gangbanged 5 - 2012) and wicked IR performances. Her G/G catalog is small, but I liked her in those too. Maybe there's something we don't know to why she isn't getting booked more - sifting through this thread, I see that's been speculated. Juelz seems to have a dominant personality and some studio heads don't take kindly to that. Something like BLACKED is right in her wheelhouse too. That would be a total cakewalk. ^We can safely assume from years of monitoring the industry that directors and owners are not overly thrilled with strong empowered performers who put their foot down. Especially if they do it in an aggressive way like Juelz seems to. She gives me the impression that she holds them accountable to the contract to the letter, without taking any schmozzing, changing of rates or expectations, etc. We all know a lot of girls show up for scenes and the directors try to get a bit more than agreed or change things a little bit. Cant see Juelz accepting that. Not saying thats why, just a hypothesis. Either way, it is always a pleasure when a new scene comes out with her. She has been nailing it this year each time.
That makes me wonder what really transpired between Juelz and Darkko for him to allegedly snub her on that long-awaited showcase. Juelz claimed that she pitched full scene ideas, co-star lists, etc. and nothing was reciprocated in return. Based off her tweets, you can tell she was really clamoring for it. Maybe he deemed the project not profitable enough? There are too many variables at hand. Juelz seems business savvy outside of strictly shooting scenes. So whatever she's been doing, is lucrative enough to keep her afloat.

I read a tweet or post on one of the social networks, where she seemed to be pissed of that she wasn't asked to do a DP in that Jasmine Jae movie. I said something like "Tired of being a mouth in someone elses DP". And with a career like hers, I can imagine that it is frustrating that you can't show what you've got. Maybe that led to some friction between these two? And of course money would also be an issue. But acting as a co-star in several showcases is not what she deserves. She has the looks, passion and ideas for an own showcase. But I don't think anyone will disagree with that. Maybe that Archangel guy is one of the only realistic option. Although I really thought at the beginning of this year that she would get one at Evil Angel. They did a lot of promotion with her. Let's see what the future brings...

While we fans know how good she is, she honestly has a smaller fanbase than someone he would feature. Even in the shallow metric of Twitter followers, hers is relatively small compared to Jasmine Jae for example. So yeah, its possible he may just not think he would sell enough legit copies to make it work. Those features cost a hell of a lot of money to do relative to what releases make these days. We dont know unless he tells us, so we can just speculate like internet detectives and have fun with it :)

^But does the amount of followers on Twitter, Instagram or whatever tell anything of how many persons really buy movies of someone? I think that performers with 200000 followers could have more buying persons than someone with 2 million followers. But besides that. How much does a showcase movie cost in total? Let's say 100K (I think it is less than that). If you sell copies for 25$ you need 4000 people to buy the movie to breakeven. That must be an easy target for someone with her looks and repertoire. Or am I too optimistic?

^ I said twitter as a "shallow" example. And yes, it matters. There are not a lot of metrics to predict who sells well, that does show something if she has 140K and Jasmine has 500K. a gonzo feature doesnt cost 100k. I was thinking more like around 25K for all the scenes and performers and what you pay the girl (5 or 6 scenes so she is looking at maybe 10 grand package deal). Still, that is tough to sell. And there are costs of sales and distribution and everyone's margin. If something retails for $25 the director is probably getting about 10 bucks back in his pocket (or less). So, if Jasmines feature sells 3000 copies, he made himself a few grand and that is about it.
I was always under the notion the majority of ones followers on Twitter/Instagram were inflated. A lot of fake and/or inactive accounts.

She worked full time when she was with Spiegler. Since then, she never found a decent agency. most of the times she was with unknown agencies. add the fact that she doesn't care to promote herself on socialmedia. she is terrible. that's why she isn't getting booked. but when it comes to shoot harcore gonzo scenes she is second to none

^It's also possible that Juelz herself is choosing to not aggressively pursue bookings. Maybe the occasional shoot is enough to keep her name recognizable in order to make money as an escort and dancer, and perhaps it's from those that she get most of her income anyway. So, maybe she doesn't try to get booked more often because she doesn't feel the need to.

^ that is a very good concept. She is making absolute bank in Las Vegas right now with feature dancing, hosting, escorting , etc. She is in huge demand right now. Girls do have to hustle to get scenes and maybe she is just taking enough to keep her name out there and not chasing down scenes. IAFD is still pretty spotty for web based scenes (they are starting to add some, but still not even close to being accurate) For example, she did two scenes for HHHoneys that are not listed there. Her Sineplex/LP scenes are not listed there either. This applies to all performers; their numbers are usually quite a bit higher than what is listed there. Regardless, it is a small number for sure.
