Go down to Oakland, for example, and that's not uncommon at all. As to why Juelz used the term, it could have something to do with her ethnicity, her former marriage, her social circle (maybe it's predominantly black?), her upbringing (a lot of black friends?), or something else. All that said I don't have an opinion on whether or not it was appropriate for Juelz to use the term. [Link]
