Parodies and any attempt at humour is a big turn off for me. I was happy when plot-based porn was overtaken by gonzo way back 30+ years ago. I don't watch porn for the gripping plots and character development. I watch porn to see attractive lasses having sex.

Continuing on the costume theme, anything "old timey" is also avoided. That's probably in part because those scenes tend to be plot based with a lot of dialogue and acting.

The odd thing about costumes is that I not only like but specifically seek out and collect scenes with a Christmas theme, Valentine's Day theme, Easter theme, Halloween theme, etc. But in most cases, those scenes just have a model in an appropriate outfit. For example, I like Christmas scenes where the model has some Christmas themed lingerie.

Another Amateur Allure example is a scene with Samantha Rone with a Halloween theme where she is dressed in a fairy costume. This works for me.

Something else that was mentioned is male talent that tries to upstage the woman. This is subjective, as are all our likes and dislikes, but for me, porn is about the women. While I have some male talents that I like, I don't usually search scenes for the male talent. If I come across a scene with a model I like and she's with a male talent I like, great, but if it's a guy I don't really know, that's fine too. But for me, the male talent is usually just a step above the furniture. He's there to show the model off. She should take centre stage and his job is to help her be the star of the scene.

Last point for now: scenes where there is intended to be an age difference but there is an unrealistic age difference in the models. I'll use Daughter Swap as an example, but they aren't the only offenders. Having a step father and step daughter who are only five or six years apart in age doesn't work for me. Part of this is that I like scenes with older men and younger women. Seeing a guy in a scene with a model who is young enough to be his granddaughter works for me. Other things are:

- Lip injections - Please stop with this (in general). It's not attractive. Even if you have thin lips, you're going to look 1000% more attractive without.
- Ahegeo - Irritating. I know it's performative, but it looks demented.

I can't say for sure but it seems to be more common these days.
