It's actually a pretty common mistake, Hunterking. Even we Senior ADT Members make occasional lapses! In my opinion, the best thing is to read (And even reread periodically for review!) the Image Policy. Welcome to the ADT Forum, by the way!

As I understand it, the board is trying to comply with the new USC 2257 law being the site is hosted in the united states. You'll figure that being a porn site it would be Ok to post such photos. What if the site was hosted outside the USA?

It's actually not at all new, since this was in effect when I joined ADT a little over a year ago. What I think may have changed more recently, however, is some of the interpretation of what constitutes a compliant/non-compliant image. What I've noticed more recently is that some newly posted photos in which there is very likely vaginal/anal penetration, but with the erect cock and testicles completely concealed, have been taken down, though some older ones do remain.

I'm sure that there's more, but I can't seem to locate them at the moment!
Suffice it to say that the ADT Moderators put a lot of effort in remaining compliant to Federal Laws that are supposedly designed to protect minors (If only they really were protected!), but in my opinion only serves to handcuff the freedom of posting pics of consenting adults, expressing themselves in a sexual manner! Nevertheless, compliant the Mods/Admin must be!

UPDATE:
