Everybody is entitled to like or dislike anything they want. Your likes and dislikes aren't any more true or more important than those of other people.
The only way to know where the majority of porn fans stand on this issue is to have a statistically valid survey of porn fans.

I dare say that statistically valid survey was carried out in a way about 4 or 5 years ago when brazzers.com rose to become one of the most-subscribed porn network sites during the big boom of internet-only porn (probably even THE most-subscribed at the time), and did it with an extreme focus on big boobs, mostly of the enhanced type.
(Before the usual suspects come in to offer the usual complaints, I'm talking only about brazzers.com here, not any of the other Manwin shenanigans.)

Perhaps you misunderstand what a statistically valid survey is. It's the kind of opinion survey that poll organizations conduct before elections. They pick a random sample of voters. And they ask specific questions for each and every issue that they are surveying about.
When there are many features and many things going on at a website, then there is no way to know what people like and dislike about it, unless you ask them specific questions about it.
People may subscribe to a website even when they like only some things about it and not everything.

Besides the visual and fantasy aspects, it's also personal beliefs about the practice of medicine. Surgery is a massive expense that many people who need it will never get, and a risk of permanent injury or death. As an investment to work in entertainment, cosmetic surgery may be profitbale, but it doesn't seem worth the health risks to many people outside of the entertainment districts. Seeing evidence of cosmetic surgery can be like seeing evidence of drug abuse.

As I said bfore, you and everyone else are entitled to dislike anything you want. But when you start in with what's "true" as in what's best for the woman (and her body), the porn industry, and porn fans then it's just opinion.
Absolutely no need for any type of poll. We all get it...some fans hate boojobs. But if the number of fans who hated boobjobs were anywhere near as big as they like to think they are their effect on the porn biz would've apparent long ago. But yet girls continue to get boobjobs and their career is just fine. Big boob movies with girls with boobjobs continue to be big sellers. Strippers continue to claim they get more attention with bigger breasts. The number of girls who regret getting a boobjob seems to be fairly low. If the boobjob haters numbers and influence were so great girls in the porn biz and the studios would easily see it and we'd see less girls doing it and less movies exploiting them. Plain and simple.
Sure, if someone were to do a poll simply asking guys if the like a girl getting a boobjob most people polled would say "no". The idea isn't that appealing. It's the actual end results that really matter in the end for the way most people would vote.

My point was that people have already voted with their feet. No silly survey needed, we're talking about the porn business here, after all. Although I understand that the fans of natural boobs don't like to acknowledge that porn featuring girls with big, fake tits has always sold very well, to the point that those big, fake tits are pretty much the norm now and it's "natural" that's considered a niche market. (Granted, less so now than was the case around five years ago.)
The mental contortions people go through to avoid acknowledging that are pretty amusing, actually.
As you're obviously unaware, I'll spell it out clearly: "Big tits" was practically the entire branding of the Brazzers network around 2008, and by necessity that meant lots and lots of big, fake tits. Almost nobody who patently dislikes big, fake tits would have subscribed to them at the time, yet tons of people did and made it the most successful network going at the time.

Incidentally, Dan, I don't think you understand what surveys (statistically valid or otherwise) are being used for in the first place - they're to gather information by proxy (and extrapolate from that) in situations where it's impractical or infeasible to collect primary data. That's generally not an issue in business - companies just need to look at their sales figures to know what sells well and what doesn't, they don't need to walk up to their customers and ask "do you prefer our product X or our product Y?".
Now, the question "why do you prefer the product that you prefer?" might be of interest, but in the context of the natural-or-fake-boobs discussion, I've rarely encountered a fan of natural boobs who was actually interested in finding out what drives girls who get fake boobs, or porn consumers who like fake boobs. Or who perhaps wishes to find out what percentage of porn consumers - gasp! - is simply indifferent to the natural-or-fake question and will happily buy either. Not that I'm surprised - an interest in the answers to those questions might very well shatter their whole worldview that people loving natural boobs in their porn must be a huge majority.

You might be right that the majority of porn fans prefer fake boobs.
I've said in my earlier comments that a lot of porn fans might like fake boobs, because they've been bottle-fed as infants, rather than breast-fed naturally.
Bottles used for infant feeding happen to have an artificial feel to them, just like fake boobs have. And when you associate this artificial feel with tasty formula milk and satisfaction of hunger, then this artificial feel is something people get to like.
When people learn at such an early age, then this learning stays with them in terms of their feelings of likes and dislikes, rather than as conscious memories, the way it happens later on in life.
But this learning works the same way for both the bottle-fed and breast-fed people. It's just that bottle-fed people probably outnumber the breast-fed people at the present time. Which isn't something to be proud about, because natural breastfeeding and natural breasts are better for health than the artificial stuff is.

^ No disrespect but your theory is lunacy. It fails on both a psychological and a common sense level.
Preferring real to fake breasts (or vice versa) cannot have anything to do with bottle-feeding as an infant; we form these opinions from our personal experience having viewed and touched both.
I'd be stunned if you could find one other person that subscribes to your theory.

My theory comes from my experience, because I know that I've been naturally breastfed. And I also know that the majority of other people probably have been bottle-fed.
Breasts are all about sucking. That's their purpose even in sex. And that's why it makes a lot of sense that the way people have sucked in the past has a lot to do with what they like now about women's breasts.
And the popularity of a theory has nothing to do with how true or untrue it is. Because some of the truest theories in history have been most unpopular. Such as when Galileo has said that the Earth was rotating around the Sun, rather than the Sun rotating around the Earth. His theory was so unpopular at the time that it cost him his career.

^ We agree to disagree but I definitely respect your opinion. Not sure if I was breast-fed or not but my preference with breasts is that they be perky - whether or not that means real or fake is less of a concern. I do think fake are more fun to play with, though.

Absolutely not , the sample must be representative, significant. A random sample is worth nothing has no mathematical meaning , is equal to zero in value. You'll have no parameters to extrapolate a probability.
they study those districts whose results have been very similar to that of the elections in the last say ten times , so any change in the combined averages may represent an actual change , choosing at random would give you nothing if by chance you pick the most democrat or the most republican districts you'll have false results. All samples MUST be chosen VERY carefully.

The random sample needs to be from the population that you are surveying.
I thought this was so obvious that I didn't think I needed to say it this way.
It has to be a random sample from the population that you are measuring. Because this is the only way you can get a truly representative sample of that population. Your only other option is to measure the whole population, which is usually very expensive and not practical to do.
If you start picking and choosing whom to ask your questions in the population that you are measuring, then there is nothing to stop you from going to people who are more likely to agree with your personal views. This is how you get biased and invalid results in a study. Which is a waste of time and money, and it can be misleading.
It's very important to have a random sample from the population that you are measuring. Or else the results aren't valid.

man no statistic can be made with random samples , you have no parameters whatsoever, those voting are Blacks , Whites, Latinos , Catholic , Protestants ,Islamic , Female , Males , Young , Old , Professionals , Workers , Acculturated , Ignorants,Idiot and Clever often some of these qualities are mixed.
If you have no idea about who is answering your survey you don't know what the result means.
it's like having 42 as an answer what were the figures that originated that number? What was the calculation? a sum? a multiplication? a division? what?
Could be anything same for statistic if you don't know the relation between samples and answers , any statistic is just shit
if you want to sell something you MUST know what your potential customers want , and you need a sample representative of your customers not just a random sample
If you own a site whose members are mostly young females who give shit to enhanced tits what use you'd have with a survey made randomly among almost retired miners ? Or College Football players , or among the Mormons? or all of those combined?
The samples must be carefully chosen depending on the purpose of the survey
if you mean random interviews from a chosen sample then we agree , in example among young males at college or among professionals , then you'll call professionals or students , then you may do a random survey.
but in the case of implants this is impossible it involves the whole population of the entire world ,it may vary greatly, you just do this with your customers or potential customers.

If I had a message to send to all pornstars it would be change your diet.
Too many of them, almost all, have acne.

I suggest that you learn some statistical math, before you say anything more on this subject. The website below is free, and it teaches you well:

Winning an argument by making false statements can be very embarrassing, when many people know for sure that your statements are false.

You will gain nothing relevant (as a business) from a truly random (and not a "random" representative) sample. How about that?

I think when you're young(between 18-25ish) you shouldn't get implants because even with small boobs you can still pull off the teen/school girl look no prob, and small boobs can even be a plus for that look.
Then when you get a little older, maybe put on a few pounds, the bigger boobs can offset the look of the weight gain and in fact compliment it. You can go from skinny teen to voluptuous milf without missing a beat.
Just make sure to not skimp and find a good doctor, even if it costs more. We all know porn stars and even celebrities with bad boob jobs and that, I think, is really the main problem with implanting....when it's done wrong.
