Here's another article about the case. I was gonna start a new thread in WNN, but this is pretty much on topic with what's being discussed here. From Reason Magazine:

Sounds like it's time to hoard all the really primo porn we can get our hands on. When the Dark Age of Porn hits, we'll be sitting pretty.

That was a great article. Does anyone know the background of the author; they write really well.

I learned something new: Max Hardcore was a UPI photographer. Who knew? I have to admit, when he posted here a month ago, I wondered why he wrote so well, with good grammar and spelling. Now we know why. That's not to say I agreed with his thinking, but I have to a little bit of admiration for a pornographer who can spell "gynecological" correctly.

From the article:
G. Beato is a freelance journalist who has written for SPIN, The Washington Post, and many other publications, including his own Web site, Soundbitten.com

There's an email link for Beato on the site.

In light of yesterday's landmark decision, I thought I'd wake up this thread.

That is amazing news, Tom. Thanks for letting us know!

I've always wondered how the obscenity law that by definition limits your freedom to do things in private to what your community approves of were ever passed.

Hopefully this will help obliterate this stupid law.
