Not sure if this should go here or world news and nonsense, but I saw this article and thought it was interesting.. http://whatisporn.blogspot.com/2010/03/pigtails-and-popsicles.html It is entitled Pigtails and Popsicles. It talks about porn directors/photogs dressing up their models to look like they are 12. Anywho, just thought I would share.

Everything in porn is make-believe... As long as nobody is actually 12, what's the big deal...
I think the fine line here is the porn is basically facilitating/condoning adults sexually fantasizing about 12 year olds. Not good. However, 18 year olds are not necessarily out of this cutesy stuff. A lot of 18 year olds these days look very young to me, but maybe that's just me getting older lol. FWIW, MY fantasy presupposes that I am fantasizing about someone who is at least 18 and usually older.
I think the ones who do it do it because they want people to be outraged. It's the only thing that makes sense. Why they'd want to do that is anybody's best guess.
Does this mean that Hollywood condones the abduction, rape and torture of young women? Because that's what a good percentage of the movies that they produce are about. The gleeful, wanton slaughter of innocents. Not to mention the numerous war films where peoples of another country, "Others," are nothing but faceless hordes that need to be destroyed to maintain "The American Way." I thought that was fantasy. But if the logic produced here, that dressing up a girl so that she looks like a little schoolgirl is somehow endorsing pedophilia, then let's take it all the way, and say that mainstream films endore and condone hatred and murder.
Mr Hardcore has trodden this path and I must say I found/find it uncomfortable but tastes are tastes just personally don't like it,,it feels wrong to me.
Pedophile's are going to be pedophile's whether they watch porn or not. What many are afraid of is that certain porn can "turn" people into criminals. But I agree with Cal Jammer, just making certain content does not a criminal make. Otherwise, Hollywood would be just as guilty. It's not what is in the Fantasy, but what is in the mind of the Fantasizer.
While I find it very creepy when porn markets girls as pre-teen... in the grand scale of things, rather have that than see a girl tied up and a team of cocks ramming open her ass.
I'm not remotely close to an expert but I don't understand why people associate a look with pedophiles tendencies. Pedophiles aren't interested in 18yrs old dressing like a 15yrs old. They are interested in 12yrs old and less looking like 12yrs old and less.

Why? There is a BIG difference between FANTASY and REALITY! Nobody tells me what I can or cannot FANTASIZE about... Equating fantasy with reality is as stupid as people who think if you talk about it raining, it will rain...
This reminds me of a joke. Two pedophiles meet on a street. Hi Ralph. Hi Jack. What's new? I got a new girl friend. Oh great! How old is she? She is 12. Twelve??!! Ralph, how could you??!! Hey man, she has the body of an 8 year old.
Not really a fan of the teen theme with lolly pops and pigtails,if you cast your eyes to the right of the photo that i posted the top price search was for Barely Legal-It Barely Fits.So ADT does have it's teeny fans..
Nobody mentioned that Australia already banned pornography with small breasted and childlike legal women. So regardless of whether or not there is a moral problem with girls in porn dressed to resemble children, I don't think any ban or regulation really fits well with free speech rights. The main reasoning behind this doesn't seem to be that this kind of stuff turns people into pedophiles. Some people just don't think that someone who has a preference or interest in girls that look like they could be underage should have a right to masturbate to this type of fantasy. Similarly you have video games like RapeLay that allow you to rape children. It's weird that people get their panties in a bunch over things like this when you can buy movies and video games that display torture and murder quite realistically.
Since having sex with minors is illegal, making a movie where adults dress up like minors is also illegal. Okay. Well, what about murder? That's illegal. So shouldn't it also be a crime to make a movie depicting someone getting murdered? Or someone robbing a bank? Or stealing a car? Or raping someone? Or jaywalking? The laws are too selective. It starts with one, small thing, then gradually snowballs and encompasses everything until our liberties and rights are wiped out. Smoking kills people, yet people are walking around this country doing it without being arrested. Likewise with drinking and cars that can drive well in excess of the speed limit. Lawmakers (the goverment) want us citizens to kill ourselves off so they can keep our social security monies, so they won't restrict many "luxury" items that are deadly to us. However, they will waste our time and money enacting laws against things that are pointless and won't kill us, just so they can have an excuse to fine us, arrest us, keep us fearful, and prevent us from enjoying life "too" much. Simulating anything should not be a crime. I wonder if it's "more" illegal for a woman to dress up like a schoolgirl than for a man to dress up like a schoolboy. Somehow, I think it's the skirt and the "innocent" and "helpless" perception of a schoolgirl that bothers some people in the world of sex. Is it because men are perceived as more savage and sexually aggressive than women, so schoolboys aren't at risk from women? Edited by - cryogenix on 3/21/2010 12:06:17 AM
I agree. I prefer slightly older women (at least 21, let's say) tied up and being whipped. However, as long as all participants are over 18, then all is fine. Even if the model's name is Bridget the Midget!
The problem with the reasoning you're using here (And I don't really disagree with you on principle) is that most people think with their emotions (And I reckon you probably do too if you really think about it). The simple fact of the matter is that a simulated murder on a TV show doesn't get them fired up the way simulated pedophilia in a porn movie does. This is not rocket science. Murder and violence have been common themes on TV for years and the unjustified murders on TV are usually committed by the bad guys. The good guys murder people too from time to time but they usually go to great lengths to make it appear to be justified. You're just not going to get people to compare TV violence with this. Perhaps it should be comparable but in the real world, it just isn't. Nothing's going to change that and fighting it is only going to make them angrier. People just don't care whether something is real or not. They care about how it makes them feel. If it makes them angry it ought to be banned and something bad ought to happen to the people who made it. That's how they see it. It's stupid but going against them when they've made up their mind about something is a really bad idea. Deliberately pissing those people off on this issue (In particular) is not smart. It's not in any way worth it.
I agree with this too but it's irrelevant. It's going to happen anyway and things like this will only hasten it.
When Hollywood and TV show Murder, theft and killing they have to justify it; for example the Murderer or bad guy is caught and either killed or put in prison or finds redemption. There is always justice so hence it makes it ok. Lawmakers would say that porn that has 18yr olds dressed as schoolgirls glamourises underage sex and there's no recognition of a crime, thats mainly because they choose not to put porn in context. They say they see a schoolgirl having sex, when any sane person see's, an over 18 dressed as a schoolgirl having sex. Personally I'm not into pornstars looking really young but I can't see a crime in ppl wanting to watch an over 18 dressed as a school girl

I said it before and I'll say it again. Some people take porn way too seriously.
That's complete bogus. They passed a law that gives them greater authority in tracking child pornography on the internet. To my knowledge, the laws regarding pornography haven't changed at all. As I said, Australia is a better example, as they banned pornography with small-breasted and child-like women. For example there are several pages on the net, such as the entire TeenRevPass network, that clearly target an audience interested in very young looking teenage content (not that there's something wrong with that). This kind of content might be illegal in Australia, but not Germany. The German child pornography laws have always included fictional but realistic depictions of child pornography which is similar to US law. As long as the production doesn't specifically bring up the age of the fictional characters as being under 18, there is generally no problem and this barely if ever comes up. Just as an example, Max Hardcore is still very much legal to buy in Germany. Edited by - unkwnusr2 on 3/23/2010 7:50:07 AM

I think a lot of the outfits and hairstyles utilized by MAX HARDCORE were extremely sexy, especially those frilly sheer socks he used to keep covered with those incapacitating shoes. I rented a European version of UNIVERSAL MAX 6 where MAX said, "I fuck girls that are only 5 years old, I don't give a fuck how old they are. The other day I fucked an 8 year old while her mommy was watching, getting off on it. Cunt!" Then he slapped the fuck out of Asia's face a couple times. I was like...WOW!

I think NR is right. The 'little girl woman' is a common sexual fantasy that has nothing to do with pedophilia. Just about every man has had it at one time or another I would think. There's all the difference in the world between it and actual pedophilia. Men and women almost universally fantasize about having sex with celebrities or people other than their SO's. That desn't make them adulterers or promiscuous, just normal.
Now I see why Max is getting his from five bubbas and a broom handle right now in the federal pen. I hope it was bravado and not true, but knowing Max I really don't know if he was serious or not!

SORRY, didn't mean to show an example of an icon and insider taking it too far and not being held accountable. This kind of scum should be aired out I believe. The guy is serving time for what? Mailing technicality? The subject of pigtails and popsicles comes up and this is what happens.

Yeah I know, and if you take a peek at the thread linked above you'll see that I largely agree that MH's stuff was terrible and why I thought it was.

Yes indeed. Very well stated. I only wanted to say that to me these videos were like a Trojan horse. I liked the outfits, the hairstyles, and the reverse cowgirl anal scenes with the feet on the knees, but I hated the fact that I was funding this piece of shit. They get you by the balls. Thanks for the good reading.
No offense meant, but do you live here? Then you shure do know that the police raided video stores and confiscated porn movies that contained girls who looked underage (e.g. that fell under the typical pigtail/lollypop theme)?! The law I meant was not about about pornography. It is the youth protection law (§184c) that says that there is no nudity/pornography allowed with girls/guys under the age of 18 or that look under 18 ("scheinjugendlichkeit"). The whole child-pornography tracking thing is pretty much ridiculous and won't help any abused child.

Max is actually mentioned twice on the What is Porn? blog... Solo Grande and Blown Away... Solo Grande Blown Away Like or hate the guy, he was a trendsetter and was copied by many many folks. Whether that is a good or bad thing for the industry is up to the consumers in the long run.
I like the young looking girls.. especially in threesomes or gang bangs. Does anyone know of any new porn stars with tiny little bodies.. ex) kitty or melissa ashley. Also Amia moretti is too hot for words.. my absolute fave.. would love to see her do more threesomes or GB.

Well, it might prevent a child from being abused again or it might prevent someone from being abused. I'd hate to think of something happening to a defenseless non adult because somewhere somebody says, "anti child pornography efforts are a joke, so fuck trying to track someone down and let's hit Starbucks instead!" And I'm sure you'd feel the same way if someone in your family was possibly abducted by known pervs. The next time you have a thought like the one you just typed, Don't!

Well, maybe they recognize 'squirting' for what it actually is.
I totally agree with you and my comment only refers to the situation here right now and the solutions our government came up with. I was not trying to say that they shouldn't do anything about it or that the situation is ok. That's one of the worst crimes! However, what they were trying to do here is not about helping children or trying to get the guys that create it in the first place. They were about to simply filter the websites that might contain it. Put a "stop" sign in front of the website and all the child porn is gone. Imho that is ridiculous and won't do anything against child porn in the first place or help children. E.g. if you surfed the web and accidentially hit one of those "stop" signs (other countries use a similar system and one list leaked and contained not too much real child porn websites, one website that was filtered belonged to a company that helps moving, iirc), they would track you and put you under police investigation because you are a possible suspect for obtaining child porn now. Again, I think that this is ridiculous and won't help any abused child!

Pedophilia is an almost unique offense in that it is an illegal mental illness, and, in my view, our justice system is left by our own Constitution with no effective way to deal with it. At this time, there is no certain medical or therapeutic cure for child molesters. Pedophilia is a sexual urge, so powerful in offenders that few will or can control it. The revolting comedy of 'To Catch a Predator' when pedophiles almost literally line up for the chance to molest a young girl, often in spite of suspecting that they are being baited, hints at how helpless child molestors are to stop molesting. And yet their civil rights, even when they are caught, put them back in the community, and no amount of registration, monitoring, medication, or any of the solutions thusfar tried has protected children from them. Until there is an effective treatment for pedophilia, I believe it is time to lay the Constitution aside and treat this illness as the medical problem it is, to say that the safety of children is more important than the civil rights of offenders. No one brought up civil rights in the days when those with contagious diseases were quarantined by law to check the spread of illness. No one suggested that lepers must be allowed to live where they chose when that contagion was a long and horrible death sentence. This is a mental version of leprosy, an incurable disease that scars and destroys children's lives as inevitably as smallpox once did. It's time to treat it as such. We need to isolate sex offenders. Not punish them, but put them into separate communities, where they may live comfortably but completely and permanently out of the reach of children. Quarantine like this was commonly done once, with lepers and the tubercular and the infamous 'Typhoid Mary'. It's not a pleasant solution, and sure as Hell isn't constitutional, but until a real cure for pedophilia is available, it's an effective measure, short of simply executing offenders, that would keep offenders from repeating their offense. It isn't going to happen, of course, because Americans' insistence on the inviolability of their civil rights is as powerful as the sexual aberration that insistence is powerless to stop.

The amount of pedophilia taking place in circles that remain untouchable would blow your mind. It goes right to the top and will never be weeded out. They are too smart and too well organized.

No. It will never stop unless some sort of vaccine could be discovered. Even at that, it took almost two centuries after a smallpox vaccine was devised to wipe out that disease. But we have no one to blame but ourselves for REPEAT offenders.

No need to be cruel... just put them down as one would with a rabid house-pet.
I think they need to be "fixed" like we would a male cat. Just cut their dick and balls off and give them a tiny cunt to pee out of. At least then they can't penetrate a kid. Female pedophiles have to be killed (in the most painful manner possible), as well as male pedophiles that molest after having their dicks and balls removed (in the same painful manner). All executions and surgeries performed due to convictions must be televised after the 11pm news nightly to further shame these people and serve as a deterrent.
