I'm not sure that it's still avaialable. IIRC, she sued the company that was distributing it because the deal that she had with them only allowed them to distribute it for 10 years. Once that 10 years was up, the company continued to distribute the movie and she sued. I think that she won.
I did a quick search and found this article confirming what I remember.
Traci Lords is/was hot but i'm not a huge fan. She tried to single-handedly destroy the industry when she lied about her age (she even produced fake documents) and then blamed everything on the producers and directors. THEN, she had the audacity to go back to porn when she realized she wasn't good at anything else. Meanwhile, everyone she blamed (for her own actions) were still in a crapload of legal trouble.
Sorry, I had to toss that out there, just my two cents. A lot of people don't realize how much she screwed the industry over. Blah.
Many cheap dvds are available in France (thankfully with original sound, no dubbing), including the uncensored versions of New Wave Hookers, Talk Dirty To Me IV, Grafenberg Spot and of course Traci I Love You (but this one should be legal in the US too?...).
The one I have is Country Girl, starring Sharon Kelly and Kristara Barrington.
My understanding is that the documents she had used to prove her age WERE legal! The people she had lied to were the governmental agencies that issued her the documents (e.g. driver's license) in the first place. In fact, it was because the industry had relied on GENUINE governmental documents as proof of her age, that the parties associated with Traci didn't face prosecution.
